Office of the Registry 2323 Share Posted August 16, 2021 ACT OF THE IMPERIAL DIET 4th of Tobias’ Bounty, 1828 IMPERIAL HERITAGE ACT Introduced in the Commons Passed in the House of Commons & House of Lords We, the Ministry of Civil Affairs, do so release, in accordance with the Public Record Act of 1751, Transparent Law Act of 1817 & beneath the authorization of the Crown, this Act of the Imperial Diet. It shall, as assented within the purview of the Crown, henceforth be enacted and executed as laws, as this document shall serve as the official confirmation of ascension of the Crown. And so it shall, as demanded of the Crown, be transcribed within the Orenian Revised Code wherein this Act of the Imperial Diet shall remain until amended. Such sites and misc. shall hereby be protected from alteration, deconstruction or sale under the Law of the Empire, and dedicated to be set apart for the enjoyment of the Orenian people. SECTION I To define the purpose of an Historic Site I - A Historic Site is a location, or construction that has been deemed Historically or Culturally Significant by the Imperial Heritage Commision. This may be any construct that has been created and has existed in an unaltered form for over fifty years and - or has witnessed historical events, i.e, the Ruins of Sedan. SECTION II To define the title and authority of an Imperial Heritage Commissioner I - The Imperial Heritage Commissioner has the duty to review submissions of possible Historically Significant Constructs. If accepted, the Imperial Heritage Commissioner will oversee the paperwork of the creation, maintenance, and record-keeping of Historic Sites within Imperial Land. I.II - The Imperial Heritage Commissioner has the ability to deny, submit for amendment, and approve, any alterations to the designated site. II - The Imperial Heritage Commissioner will be an office under the control of the Ministry of Civil Affairs. III - The Imperial Heritage Commissioner will work with local populations and Academic groups to help determine and clarify what is a legitimate historical site. IV - Sites under Ecclesiastical Domain within the Empire may be considered with permission from the local diocese. As introduced by, Representative JOHN NAPIER, On This Tobias’ Bounty, 1828.
