VA BIRODEO EDLERVIK The Kongzem of Haense recognizes the importance of family bonds, even in times of war. Therefore, for the merry occurance of the upcoming wedding of Iulius Vernhart and Madeline Rose d’Azor-Vullier, the High Jusiticar recognizes the importance of the presence of family members on such a precious day for the two and issue this writ of safe passage into the Kognzem and Karosgrad so that the three may attend the wedding of their loved one.
