SECTION I

 
God, grant, we beseech Thee, control over our desires, that Thou mightst become our only want, as Thou art our only need. For we know that we shall come to the holy courtroom and give an account of ourselves when we die, and, knowing this, pledge to not let the flesh rule the soul, nor the tongue the mind.

God, help us focus on the work of this day, by the intercession of Saint Godwin. For, though a leper, he toiled with all his heart: even a fraction of his merit and diligence shall see us through, our duty done. And we must do our duty. Amen.

SECTION II 

 

As We announced in the Nonus Aurea Bulla Jorenus just some two years ago We had come to the conclusion that the Supreme Order of Exalted Owyn required reform to get back to its duties. With such having come to pass, We promised Our flock likewise that more details on this effort was to be published when determined.

As such, with the establishment of the Order of Saint Nicolas in its stead, We have come to the conclusion that the Supreme Order of Exalted Owyn has served its purpose and ought to be dissolved; and those remaining Holy Knights either honorably discharged or given the opportunity to reswear their oaths before Us.

In the spirit of Saint Nicolas the Martyr those that serve as Holy Knights in the Order of Saint Nicolas shall swear their oaths in service to God and His Holy Mother Church alone, acting as soldiers of God in a Legion of Light. Though outnumbered by the forces of darkness, We are confident in it that God’s power is absolute, and that they can weather any foe that threatens the Holy Mother Church.

SECTION III

As for the Fraternal Society of Saint Wilfriche and the Monastery of Saint Foltest, so for the Abbey of Saint Robert of Metz too. It is with a hopeful heart and the blessing of the Lord Most High that We spread to the faithful the joyous news of the official establishment of the Abbey of Saint Robert of Metz, a place of spiritual refreshment where one might come on pilgrimage to pay a visit to the relics of Saint Alexander of Furnestock.

We find it important to encourage Our flock to seek out the Lord God with all their heart to let Him heal them of their afflictions; and in accordance with such its doors are always open to those that wish to learn or otherwise seek out Canonist counsel in the wake of temptation and hardships.

SECTION IV

Great news of a miracle having occurred within the southern lands of the Principality of Savoy has reached Our ears. That of a storm bringing with a verdant glow that saw the golden dust bowl that once divided the Duchy of Drusco and County of Niseep disappear and make way for arable land ripe for usage.

We strongly encourage those that bore witness to such a miracle and brought such to Our attention to spread further testimony of such and give thanks to God for such a blessing by making good use of the land granted to those living there, so that the fruits that are to be reaped from it might not go to waste.

SECTION V

We have heard from both Our clergy and the faithful laypeople regarding the mention of diocesan issues and a call for diocesan restructuring in the wake of the exodus of Imperialist Remnants into the south and growth of adherents to the Canon. This topic is of great interest to Us, but We mean to learn more about current boundaries before We initiate such. As such, We shall form a Pontifical Commission to traverse the lands of Canondom to seek such out and deliver to Us a recommendation for the future.

To lead this commission, We shall appoint Our honorable Prelate of the Clergy, Adrian Cardinal Albarosa, and grant him authority to appoint to this commission whomever he desires. May God bless him and the other commissioners with wisdom and intelligence for this grand undertaking.

SECTION VI

We write this declaration with much sorrow. After a long conversation with both spouses of the union of Ophelia Althea Vuiller and Guillaume Louis Pruvia, We have come to the conclusion that their union of Holy Matrimony cannot continue. Therefore We declare the union between Ophelia and Guillaume dissolved on the grounds of mutual distrust and marital abandonment. Any children from the marriage shall stay legitimate. We pray for the souls of the three affiliated parties, and wish them good fortune in the future.
