PREAMBLE

With the foundation of the Viceroyalty of Hyspia, it is necessary for appointments to be made to the Viceroyal Council to ensure the stability and continuity of our newly formed realm. Therefore, with the publishment of the Lex Hyspia, there are now clearly-defined positions of the Viceroyal Council that must be utilized in order to govern the Viceroyalty to the best of Our Crown's ability.

HEAD DIPLOMAT DEFINITION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

§5 The Head-Diplomat of the Viceroyalty of Hyspia is the main royal envoy tasked by the monarch with the establishment of diplomatic relations, agreements and pacts between the Viceroyalty and foreign nations. They present the nation itself through their actions and conduct.

 

With these definitions known, and with the absolute certainty of His Highness the Viceroy of Hyspia, the Crown hereby appoints Alejandro de Pelear, Baron of Arenisca, the seat of Head Diplomat of the Viceroyalty of Hyspia. He shall be charged with handling the diplomatic relations of the Viceroyalty, and shall be expected to perform his duties to the best of his ability.
