Kaethul <--> Cormath: Trade Pact #1

Party A) The Commerce City-State of Kaethul.
Party B) The Last Port Of The Cormath, Vortice.

 

Article I)

I) Party A hereby has given Party B the following resources or items;
Resource Name - Mina per resource - Amount of stock

• E.g. Daemonsteel (Netherite) - 1 Mina - 5000 Ingots
• (3 Stacks) - Coal - Minimum: 0.3 Minas per Ingot, Preferred: 0.5 Minas per Ingot.
• (3 Stacks) - Iron Ingots - Minimum: 0.2 Minas per Ingot, Preferred: 0.5 Minas per Ingot.
• (3 Stacks) - Daemonsteel/Netherite - Minimum: 1.5 Minas per Ingot, Preferred: 3 Minas per Ingot.

Article II)

I) Party B hereby promises to sell the resources or items listed above for the prices listed beside each of the aforementioned items in the currency of Minas.

Article III)

I) Party A will allow Party B a percentage cut of the profits from the sale of resources listed in Article I.
II) The percentage cut of the profit from each item sold is: 10%

Article IV)

I) In the event of items being irrevocably damaged or lost once in the possession of Party B, Party B will make all available attempts to reimburse or replace the items within four elven weeks.
II) In the event that Party B is unable to reimburse or replace the items, they will be subject to a fine of the value of the items as detailed in this contract plus an additional five hundred minas.
III) An extension to the time needed to reimburse or replace the items can be given by Party A should it be decidedly prudent in the opinion of that respective party.

Article V)

I) This trade contract ends once all resources are sold out of Article I, or five years have passed. At which point, Party B should return all resources listed in Article I, or request an extension.
II) The contract can be ended early should that both Party A and Party B meet and agree upon this matter.
