Within the Serene State of Lurin, a large and beautiful manor has been reformed into a dormitory, offering room rentals for people seeking low yearly rent! The building is located to the right side of the capital, offering easy access to Lurin’s Market, Tavern and open Plaza. 

 

Room rental prices range from lowest 5-7 minas depending on room size. The dormitory offers public spaces such as:

 

• Common Room

• Kitchen

• Outdoor Garden + Forge

• Small bar section

• Book/Study tower

• Working Alchemy Lab

• Working Mana Obelisk

• Rooftop relaxing space

• A small boat + dock 

 

The Dormitory strives to be a home for many, a place to make friends, a place to grow and work on one’s skill (magically or not). To maintain this environment, residents of the dormitory must NOT mess with any furniture outside of their rooms, nor should they attempt to break into people’s rooms. Privacy must be respected. Any damages done to the manor must be reported to the landlord: Scarlet Kagura (KaptainScarlet). Additional Charges may apply so don’t break things!

 

Residents are allowed to have guests and friends over if they wish, under the circumstance that their guests must also follow sensible rules. 

 

Residents are allowed to decorate and shift things in their room as they please.
