Issued on the 4th of Horen’s Calling of the year of  126 D.R.

 

 

To the People of Hyspia,

 

It has become known to us that an organized band of rogue Hyspians, known formally as the "Frutos del Trabajo" and informally as the Senor Brothers, have begun roaming the lands of our sovereign nation. These men who have taken to a life of crime and roguery have previously been mentioned as quite the nuisance, yet after the events of last night we must take this categorization one step further.

 

Given the incessant nature with which these men have kidnapped and assaulted their Hyspian kin and their refusal to cease in their endless campaign to maraud against the singular Hyspian state, it is thus within the royal prerogative of Her Serene Highness, Xiomara I, to declare these men enemies of the state and traitors to Hyspia. Likewise, the organization “Frutos del Trabajo” is hereby banished and made illegal in the lands of Hyspia where Hyspia claims jurisdiction. Their organization is henceforth declared a rebellious guerrilla movement, and they shall be rooted out from the ground which they hide within.
