Expansion of Housing outside of Portoregne

In the Latter half of the Year 139, B.A. I was approached by an Immigrant on a concern regarding the lack of housing outside of this city's walls. For while we have endless fields of crops, we have only but a few farmhouses to properly tend to such plots of land. 

 

While it is true that we are in dire need of more housing within our city, the rural fields of our nation also require similar attention. With that taken into account, rather than motioning for an immediate mending of such matters, I motion for the future construction of three additional houses in the pastoral lands lying outside of our city.

With the construction of these plots, our lands can further be efficiently tended to by the agriculturally inclined denizens of our realm,
