4: The Horde of Many Tribes and the Silver State of Haelun’or agree to prevent hostile parties from moving through their territory for the purposes of warring or raiding the other signatory.

 

5: This pact will last for the duration of conflict with Haenseti aggressors and will surpass the end of this by 10 years, upon which, this pact will be renegotiable between The Horde of Many Tribes and The Silver State of Haelun’or.
