Buying home/plot

I was wondering how I would go about finding a home or a plot to buy. I am looking for one that is close to Laurelin but not in any towns/cities. Another option: Getting some of my own land in Malinor that has not been claimed by a individual.

If someone could tell me how to go about doing this, it would be greatly appreciated.

Sir I have A mansion in Ravenhold, Which is just a mine cart ride from Laurelin, which I am selling for 30k. It has 5 stories, and is in the wealthy part of Ravenhold. I just finished refurbishing the mansion, too.
