Why do I allow breath to pass into my lungs- When I look like a beast of the most bizarre. To them I say; It is for the flower that blooms in winter frost, It is for the song bird laugh that follows her lamb-ish smile. It is for the warmth her touch brings my heart, The feeling of import she placed in me the day Drusco whisked me away - the feeling of needing to return for but a chance to speak with her again.
