On this date, the 12th of the Sun's Smile, in the Year of Our Most Eternal and Heavenly Lord, 2068. The associates of the Adria-East Light Industrial (referred to as A-ELI, Inc.) hereby call for the distribution of dividends. Elected by the CEO-CFO to release the first round of dividends for the two-year period; as pre-established by the second category of voting. Which was 80.8% in favor in total of all shares. The CEO-CFO elects to distribute 100% of all current profits to shareholders.

 

The Income Statement for the current dividend period shall be released.

 

The Balance Sheet for the current dividend period shall be released. Temporary Accounts closed.

 

With Balance and Income Calculated; Dividends can now be calculated. There is 1461.5 Minae moved to the Dividend Payable Pool. With 506 Shares Outstanding. 2.89 Minae shall be paid out in Dividends per share. The tables shall now be released.

 

Come collect your dividends, o' shareholders.

 

 

With a significant change in shareholder composition, new Board of Directors shall be selected. According to our pre-disclosed protocol, these Boardmembers shall be:

1. Representative of the House of Helane, to be chosen by themselves.

2. Franz Arthur, IBA (or representative)

3. Cesare, IBA (or representative)

Each Boardmember reserves the right to call for a meeting, at their own pleasure.

 

The ability to propose motions is now open to all shareholders. Any shareholder may propose a motion, concept, or order that will be held for voting amongst all shareholders in due time. Propositions must be forwarded by letter to the CEO-CFO.
