⚙︎₊✧∘ History ∘₊✧⚙︎ -⚙︎ The Full History Of Mechanikas ⚙︎-   To understand Mechanikas you must start at the beginning. Many moons ago, in Aevos, a young Dark Elf stumbled drunkenly into a library and began rifling through its books. In his haze and careless flipping of pages, he came across something that would change his life forever: Alchemy. This discovery ignited a sense of purpose within him. He became utterly obsessed with the craft, dedicating himself to the study of alchemical arts. In time, he found a teacher, and after mastering what he could, he packed his belongings no longer satisfied with alchemy alone and journeyed to Urguan to study alongside the Dwed.

 

There, he encountered an unusual individual who introduced him to the arts of Smoggers and Animatii. His passion only deepened. Soon, his curiosity turned toward dwarven scripture, where he learned of the Khazmicron and the deity Tela’Zirous. At last, he had found a figure worthy of devotion. With conviction, he embraced the faith and committed himself to the teachings and arts of Tela’Zirous. Eventually, he found his way to a vassal, where he secretly learned the art of golemancy, careful not to disturb or offend his dwarven peers. Not long after, he founded the guild Mechanikas under Urguan. The guild grew steadily, reaching ten members before expanding to Haelun’or though this venture was short-lived. Undeterred, he later traveled to Norland, where he aided the Norlanders with knowledge, books, and guidance. His efforts earned him an audience with the king, who granted him a vassal. And thus, the story of Mechanikas continues to this day. Ever stronger, Ever wiser, Ever larger than Seros could ever imagine. The name holds weight, pride and respect throughout the lands.

⚙︎₊✧∘ The Halls ∘₊✧⚙︎   The halls of Mechanikas stand open to all who walk the path of creativity and curiosity. Within its walls, no soul is judged for what they were, nor cast aside for what they have become. Mechanikas holds no sway over those shunned or orphaned by the wider world, all minds are given purpose, and all hands are given the chance to create. The vassal of Tela’Zirous extends its invitation to any who would seek understanding of the clockwork ways be they scholars, artisans, or wanderers. Knowledge is not hoarded, but shared.  Its forges burn eternally, open to those with the will to shape metal and mind alike. Its library stands as a sanctuary of thought, where tomes both ancient and newly scribed await eager eyes. Its markets never close, for the exchange of ideas is as valuable as the trade of goods. Here, innovation is not merely encouraged, it is demanded. Here, failure is not an end, but a necessary cog in the greater design. And within these halls, all who enter become part of something greater than themselves: a living mechanism of progress, ever turning, ever learning.

⚙︎₊✧∘ Expansion ∘₊✧⚙︎   Mechanikas’s objective is to expand but not in land nor power but in activity and knowledge. It strives to be a hub for scholars of its associated trades.   Amongst these goals. Mechanikas aims to invite smaller guilds with similar passions to begin their adventures. Mechanikas offers this aid to allow all an equal opportunity to construct their own beginning.

⚙︎₊✧∘ Whats Next ∘₊✧⚙︎   Mechanikas has no overall end game. It is a large vassal that holds no political point of view. Mechanikas only holds its own interests at heart which is creation and exploration. Maybe it'll be a vassal forever or maybe a nation who knows what cards are unturned on the table.
