A NOTICE OF DEPARTURE

Issued by HIGH-KING HARALDR, on the 30th of Thoromirsangr, IAÁ ASKR AR 609, AGE OF REKINDLING;

The reign of this throne has been one which has spanned multiple decades, and during this time, little time has been spent devoted to stern dedication and devotion towards the AllFather and his infinite wisdom. Thus, in this period of calm, it is the will of Haraldr-King to embark upon a timely and lengthy pilgrimage to a land of the past, one upon which a great Hearth has been constructed in honour of the AllFather.

 

With this in mind, does the High-Hearth establish the following provisions in anticipation of his imminent departures.

 

1. As determined by the examples set within the past and his already profound experience, it shall be Iulius-Thegn & the Queen, Anastazie, who shall reside in command and regency over the High-Kingdom, all matters of deliberation shall be given to him and those of the Red Council.
