Seeing as English is my first language, I would say yes.

-Small 2-3 Sentence Description of yourself:

I think of myself as an experienced mature gamer. I also believe that I am quite creative and I enjoy writing lore which is one reason why I am wanting to join this server.

-How much time could you be on the server weekly?:

About 8 hours minimum but probably more, a lot more, with school holidays coming up.

-How long have you played minecraft?:

I played back in the days of Infdev although I did not buy the game until a week before alpha was released.

-What do you know about roleplaying? How long have you been doing it? What kind?:

Ah, I know quite a lot about roleplaying, roleplaying is when you imagine a character and then through some sort of game or acting you try and base all your decisions, speech, thinking and skills around that one character. I find roleplaying fun but I am usually more interested in the story / lore side of things. On previous servers was the Head of Lore and typically do a great deal towards progressing the story and tale of the server. Now, I know I probably wont have such a big role on this server seeing as it is already so well established and probably has many lore writers as well but I do still hope I can help with something down the line.

-What do you expect this server will be like?:

I expect this server to be a server full of roleplaying and also believe this server will contain buildings and citys great enough to match the roleplaying aspect. I hope it will have a rich story with many events and I also hope it will have a wide range of players from good to evil right down to schizophrenic cannibals.

-What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?:

I have played on many servers but for the last few months I have been playing on a server called "Nations At War" it too had a great RP element but the application possess was so vigorous that whitelist applications could only be posted during certain times or you had to be referred as well as this almost 9 out of 10 applications were denied. This application process eventually led to the downfall of the server for me as the player population go so low it was very rare to find more than 20 people on at a time.

-Have you read, understood, and agreed to the rules? What about the lore?:

I have read through the rules, one of the first things I do before even thinking about joining a server, and I generally understand the rules although I would like some clarification about the no Pvp rule outside of RP, does this extend to no Pvp unless you are specifically enemies with someone or could you be a bandit character and say jump out of a tree and yell "HALT! Pay 100 minas or face death!". I also think that the lore you have written is quite good especially the part about the ascended.

Through minestatus and various searches with the terms RPG in them.

The law concerning skins as I find it quite annoying when one person ruins the feel of the server by being skinned as RoboCop or something like that.

The part about no non-RP Pvp as it can create some confusions about what is considered RP-Pvp and what is not.

-Biography:

Artemis was born a son of a Dark Elf and a High Elf both powerful and wealthy and for the first few years of his life he was happy but on the night of his twelfth birthday a group of assassins raided his house and before his own eyes slew his parents.

The moment both his parents hit the ground the anger and pain that engulfed him is unable to be truly described in words and the fire of rage the spread through out his body engulfing him turning him mad until he focused on the face of the killer and concentrated all his rage on the figure standing before him.

As he bore down the face of the assassin memorizing all his features he began to understand the man and before he knew it he unleashed a tidal wave of knowledge, the knowledge of all the pains and sorrow that had befallen the man, this explosion changed Artemis's very mind and turned his eyes purple he then began to speak, he told the assassin of all the sorrows and pain that plagued him and the pure truth that was spoken turned the assassin mad and he killed himself unable to deal with the incredible pain it had caused him.

After the mans death Artemis had wept for days and when he could weep no more he searched the dead assassins body and found a note with the orders given to the assassin he kept it as he knew it could be essential for getting his revenge.

Soon, Artemis's uncle skoloja adopted him and for the next 362 years he would teach Artemis all that he knew until he deemed Artemis ready to embark on his quest to avenge his parents. Arriving at Ageis a man determined for revenge Artemis will be a force to recon with in the coming months.

-Character Appearance:

Tall imposing figure with mid-length black hair. His dark Purple eyes are his most prominent feature.

-Character Personality:

After his parents tragic death and eventually his training under the harsh Skoloja Artemis is considered an elf of knowledge, wisdom and patience but his sanity is also questioned by some as he is constantly planning his revenge upon those that took everything he cared about from him.

-Your ambitions:

Artemis wishes to find those responsible for parents death and give out his own "Devine retribution" he also wishes to rebuild the fortune and power of the parents through any means necessary even if it means killing those who stand against him.

-Can your character read or write?:

Skoloja found reading and writing to be of the utmost importance and as such he has taught Artemis almost everything about the languages.

-Can your character mine?:

Although he sees mining as boring Artemis can mine as he has deemed it necessary incase emergencies arise.

-Are you a capable builder?

Skoloja taught Artemis all about architecture and even the finer points of design so that when Artemis has acquired the resources he can rebuild the once glorious castle his parents once owned.

-Can you wield a sword?:

Combat was one of the things Skoloja drilled into Artemis as he knew this was the only way he could avenge his parents deaths.

-Enjoy Farming?:

He does not think of himself that of a farmer and prefers hunting rather than the arduous task of farming.

-Does your character have any special skills?:

He has a vast knowledge of political workings as well as the arts of survival and engineering. His greatest skill though is his "Eyes of Illian" which turn his eyes purple and allow him to occasionally see into a persons soul and witness all the sorrows and pain they have endured during their life.
