-Minecraft Account Name:

lpicky

-How old are you?:

21

-Time-Zone/Country of Residence:

gtm/england

-Do you have a good grip on the English language/good grammar?:

I'd like to think all those English classes in school paid off.

-Small 2-3 Sentence Description of yourself:

Well, I'm pretty much your average guy. I enjoy playing and watching sports, checking out games online and on consoles, and challenging myself intellectually with subjects such as philosophy and physics. Past that I've spent time in various leader roles, both in real life and online; For a better idea of what that was, I can refer you to the Royal Canadian Air Cadets for my real life leadership training and Toribash.com for my online experiences.

-How much time could you be on the server weekly?:

I could spend upwards of twenty hours online, but a more realistic estimate would be somewhere around ten to fifteen.

-How long have you played Minecraft?:

I've been playing minecraft for just over four months now.

-What do you know about Roleplaying? What is it?:

It's a character immersion experience where you get to take on traits and characteristics of your choosing to create an alternate persona for yourself. Doing this allows for a multi-person story to be created, along with a blank page for smaller events as well.

-What do you expect this server will be like?:

With such a well set up website and system, I expect it will be quite well run with people staying in character and a very interesting in-game experience.

-What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?:

I created my own private roleplay server to play with friends, that ended because of connection problems for one of the main players. Other than that I am currently part of "The Vortex" a roleplay server that hasn't been set up yet (the owner is waiting for the 1.10 patch to come out).

Yes.

Someone I know mentioned this server.

Plato

In-Character:

-Character Name:

Elros Arcamel

-What is your Race?:

Elf

-Biography:

Elros had a hard childhood, growing up without parents. However, as luck would have it, a scavenger took pity on the young elf and helped him learn to survive. Living in the forests just outside of the Holy Princedom Of Malinor, Elros and his mentor lived off the wild animals and diverse plant life surrounding it. At first, the mild mannered elf had a hard time over coming his natural disdain of harming nature, but as time passed, he shed any inhibitions in order to survive. Living so close to the city, Elros often wondered if his people would accept him, not knowing if they would approve of his human mentor. Living much longer than humans, Elros eventually had to watch his mentor pass away. Not knowing what to do, Elros fled, pushing his way through the forest to get away from the city, he imposed exile on himself, meditating and making a life on his own. Two hundred years later, Elros emerged from his exile, returning to the city he looked upon as a child. Being a bit shorter than most elves, Elros stood proudly at 6'2, unashamed of his stature. His time the forest had made him very quick and agile, along with a wiry strength gained from almost constant movement. At two hundred and eighty three, Elros made his first contact with elves.

-Character Age: 283

-Character Appearance:

Short for an elf at 6'2, Elros bears scars and darkened skin from his time in the forest. His body is very well toned and is often shown off without hesitation because of his time away from human/elf interaction.

-Character Personality:

Because of his time alone, Elros finds it hard to make connections with people. However, he is very interested in Elves culture and history, as well as the ideals, morality, and social issues within the Elf community. Curious by nature, Elros will easily overcome his loner attitude if a subject interests him.

-Your ambitions:

Elros aims to become accepted within the Elf community, proving to himself that he isn't alone.

-Can your character read or write?:

Having been taught by his mentor, Elros is able to read fluently. Writing on the other hand, was never needed and is fairly new to him.

-Can your character mine?:

Mining was never part of his lifestyle, but the physical labour involved is an easy task. Keeping his attention on the task and hand however may be a bit harder.

-Are you a capable builder?:

Simple structures are within the reach of this Elf, however, as he studies the history and various other topics, this may improve.

-Can you wield a sword?:

Preferring to immerse himself in literature, debates, and history, Elros attempts to stay away from his old life. However, if challenged, he will fight fiercely as though his life is in danger each time.

-Enjoy Farming?:

One of the best ways to find food is to let it grow naturally, farming was something Elros always enjoyed as a hobby.

-Does your character have any special skills?:

None other than the natural abilities sharpened by his time in the forest.
