My name is Nick, I am 20 years old and I live in the UK. I enjoy playing minecraft every night or playing League of Legends. I am a friendly person that respects everyone.

How much time could you be on the server weekly?:Roughly 50 hours.

What do you know about Roleplaying? Give a definition of what it means to you.:

For me, roleplaying means when you play as a character you have created, chosen the race, its personality and abilities and get to enter a world where you can do whatever you want. Its were your character lets say earns experience points by doing different tasks and slowly goes to the next level. With that next level, the characters is introduced to new areas, abilities and others things. In summary, I would refer to Role Playing as something were you get the chance to do anything you want, you can adjust the tempo of the game to your liking.

In your own Words, describe what Metagaming and Powergaming are.

Metagaming for me is when the player uses external information so to gain an unfair advantage in the game, for example a player can learn a new strategy that is not provided within the game, to gain an unfair advantage.

Powergaming is when a character is given instantly full control and power in a game. He is “almost” like a god, but not quite. Games like Minecraft or Garry’s Mod for me would be pwergaming games because you are given control and power in the game to do as you wish.

What do you expect this server will be like?:

I expect it to be fun and amazing.

What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?:

I have played on Pwego server and others with my friends. And I did not leave them, I just wanted to try something new.

I heard about this server from friends who play minecraft and they have said it’s a great server.

Ehrendil grew in Serpent Ridge, parentless and unknown to the world. Ever since, he has been hunting for survival and selling what he gets at the great capital of Laurelin. Under the years, he has made friends to all sorts of people, Dwarves, Humans and even Orcs. He is a skilled archer, and dwells among the surrounding forests of Laurelin. He is a young elf, of 300 years old and has much to learn. He is tall, intelligent, stealthy and unwary. He is a kind and helpful elf, offering help and hospitality to whomever needs it.

Your characters ambitions:

Having to survive on his own without parents his entire life, he has decided to go and discover who is parents truly were. Other than that he wants to travel through the whole of Aegis, learning its secrets, wisdom and knowledge. Ehrendil still pursues his ambition of becoming a master with the lores of weaponry and survival.

Out in the Wilds, your character comes across a small cottage. Outside, there appears to be an elf struggling combat with two bandits. What does your character do?

He will stealthily find a nearby bush and quickly fire two arrows towards the two bandit’s heads, killing them instantly and saving the elf. He will then ask the elf if he wants to accompany him on his journey to the great capital of Laurelin. He will also provide the elf with food, drink and a map.

Your character walks up to a shop in the middle of Al'Khazar. "Hello, my good sir!" says the shop owner. "What may I help you with today?" How does your character answer?

Ehrendil will kindly thank the shop keeper of his kindness and ask him how he is doing. Then he will ask for directions to the nearest inn where he and his friend can stay.

Revise your definition of roleplaying, yours sounds too much like a description of an RPG. There's no levelling areas and such on LotC.

Your definition of powergaming is wrong, you should research it in the applications that have already been accepted.

Your open response questions display powergaming. On the server you will not be able to kill people instantly. Allow yourself to fail sometimes, and all goals are accomplished with a struggle.

Remember, you must wait 48 hours before reapplying.
