Small 2-3 Sentence Description of yourself:I like to roleplay on most any game because it allows me to get more enjoyment out of what I do. I am currently helping to create a RP server and thought it would help to be a part of the largest one yet.

How much time could you be on the server weekly?: At least once every other day

What do you know about Roleplaying? Give a definition of what it means to you.: To be put in the skin of something you're not and take on an alternate personality

In your own Words, describe what Metagaming and Powergaming are.: Meta gaming is when your caracter is aware of something they would only know out of character otherwise. Power gaming is when a charcter only does what he wants to with no regard for other characters.

What do you expect this server will be like?:A fun player-based rp server.

What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?: Overture but that is it.

Character Name: Vallana Yaetathir

What is your Race?:Elf

Biography(This should include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.):Vallana was born into a fairly wealthy household. In the small river-side village of Orelli. She was the youngest of her four siblings and was excedingly out-going. She always acted playful with her siblings but was most connected to her twin brother Farlen who would try to act the tough protecting sibling but could never turn down and invitation to play. Vallana and Farlen grew up completely connected and never went far from each other until they reached 15 when Vallana's father sent her brother off to become a merchant in order to have a better life. Vallana who was destined for a dull life livng out in a small village where, eventually, her father would marry her to some other elf who she would have never met otherwise.

It was not until two years later that they recieved word that Vallana's brother was coming back. The letter read:

I will be returning when the next caravan

arrives at Orelli. See you all soon.

Farlen.

Her father was confused by the brief message sent to the Yaetathir household. For not being heard from in two years a message of that length led him to being skeptikal at frist but Vallana was overjoyed. She couldn't wait to see her brother again after two years of boredom.

When the Caravan did arive in two weeks the family saw no sing of Farlen. When the family assumed that Farlen had missed the caravan they were stopped by a man who was to give them a large box adressed to them. The Yaethir family went into the house with the box ready to open it. Only when they were in the house did they notice the putrid odor seeping out of the notches and seams of the box. When the box was opened the entire family gagged and screamed. Within the box were the remains of a butchered animal. They noticed a small piece of patter and it was read aloud by Vallana's father did they realize what the minced meat truely was:

By now you probally will not recognize

what is in the crate we sent you. The

box contains your son, Farlen's, remains.

We sent this to you as a harbringer of

what is to come. Farlen Yaetathir was

killed by yours truely. He stole from my

family and killed my wife to make some

profit. He claimed to be a merchant but

the lying got him an even worse death.

So I have written this to let you know

that your family will be hunted down.

Please do try to run it makes it more fun

for my sons and I.

The Vallana said nothing. Nobody said anything. It was only Vallana's mother's weeping that eventually broke the scilence. There was no signature on the letter. It may have been a lie but no one was willing to take that chance. Vallana's father finaly spoke by saying that he and Vallana's mother would stay and that each of the three remaining children would leave seperatly. Daeyn, the oldest brother who was strong for most elves would be sent to The Kingdom of Oren with their crippled sister ,Marayne, so he could care for her there. Mekan who was recieving an apprenticeship in smithing would go to Kal'Urgan to try to coninue his work with the dwarven master forgers. Finally, Vallana would be sent to Malinar to try to eke out a living among a common people.

When it was time for the sons and daughters to leave, Vallana said her goodbyes to her parents and started her morbid journey. Her main goal however, was not purely to reach Malinar, but to find out what happened to her brother. She will do whatever it takes to bring justice to those who killed her other half.

Your characters ambitions: To find out what happened to her twin. And bring those who killed him to justice.

Out in the Wilds, your character comes across a small cottage. Outside, there appears to be an elf struggling combat with two bandits. What does your character do? She helps only if she can make a difference. She would not face a similar demise to her brother's.

Your character walks up to a shop in the middle of Al'Khazar. "Hello, my good sir!" says the shop owner. "What may I help you with today?" How does your character answer? Polietly and shyly. She prefers people to think she is weak rather then thinking her strong.

Other Information: She likes to learn about magic though she possesses none of the abilities herself.
