Out-Of-Character:

Minecraft Account Name:

Auvreaeath

Did you attend minecon and sign up at the LOTC booth?:

I did not attend Minecon but I did watch several of the well planned Live-streams especially the one by our dearest friend ShiftNative.

How old are you?:

I am 13, While many 13 year olds may act immature I try my hardest to avoid the behavior, but, you may think differently of me, it all depends.

Time-Zone/Country of Residence:

I am currently within the Central Time Zone and I am living within the United States.

Do you have a good grip on the English language/good grammar?:

I do believe I have a good grip on the English Language, if any misspellings occur it would more then likely be because I have rushed or I simply did a misspell..? I was born in Germany, lived their up until the age of 5 and am now living in Texas where I use English verbally and whilst writing.

Small 2-3 Sentence Description of yourself:

I am, probably to many of you, your average 13 year old boy simply wanting to do something with his life. I enjoy Writing, Reading, and Playing Soccer which has become to be my life. In my free time I play Video Games if I'm not hounded with Homework, I am a member of the GT (Gifted & Talented) Program at our School District, and I'm out here to be me.

How much time could you be on the server weekly?:

I could be on with an approximation of leastwise twenty-five hours a week spent on the Server and Forums.

What do you know about Roleplaying? Give a definition of what it means to you.:

Roleplaying, is acting out a role that you have created for yourself and maintaining your chosen boundaries and chosen behavior. Remembering to not make your character to weak or to strong one must put weakness and strengths on their chosen character.

In your own Words, describe what Metagaming and Powergaming are.

Hmm, I see so many Applications begin to find trouble in these Definitions, so I will try my best.

Metagaming, is the act of using OOC (Out-Of-Character, playing outside of your chosen role and using simple everyday to day communication as yourself) and transmitting it into your IC (In-Character, Within your Role/Character's life)

Powergaming, is forcing an action upon another RPer and not giving them any options to stand this force. Can also be considered God-modding in the Lord of the Craft.

What do you expect this server will be like?:

I expect this to be a fascinating server full of "actual" RP, I do wish to meet plenty of new people/friends, and I hope to find out what everyone here is all about.

What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?:

I have played on countless amounts of server, more the time simply because of boredom do I tend to leave, but I have helped Moderate and build for a few servers such as,

-NationCraft- Simply, a server I had joined, built on and moderated whilst not being a Moderator, and the owner grew fond of me overtime and made me Co-Owner, The Owner, has moved to Oklahoma where he can no longer host a server I fear.

-NothingCraft- Basically the same thing as the above occured, except the Owner and I got into a fight because I had declined one of his skype calls and he decided to "leave" shutting down his server for good.

-GodCraft- I do not Moderate this server as a Moderator, I sometimes help, but I do indeed continue to play on this server as it cost $10 to get in.

Have you read, understood, and agreed to the rules?:

I have indeed Read and Understood the rules, I highly agree to them and feel as if they should be followed by everyone to keep this community RP healthy and surround with the joy it gives out.

How did you hear about us?:

I heard about you since the day you were first made, but back then I was a lazy child without the proper time to apply. So, I one day saw this server once more through... Well, I would suppose first through the Yogscast, then through Reckreactions, and then through your very own "Lord of the Craft" Youtube Channel, I instantly subscribed and thought to myself, "I think it is time to join" from then I've attempted to join this wonderful Server, Forums, and it's Community.

Have you voted for the Lord of the Craft on Minestatus? Which vote number were you?

I have indeed voted for the Lord of the Craft Server on Minestatus,

I was vote number "161" and "162"

Biography(This should include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.):

*Takes out a Book, produces a small bottle of ink, and takes the feather of a Ravin, Dips his feather into the ink and begins to write into the Book

If you are reading this, you have found this book within my home in Aegis.. I am writing this, as I feel my life has been devoured by the darkness around our homes.. Al'khazar.. Has fallen, With it, Alras and Kal'Urguan. A Small incampment has been set outside of the walls of Laurelin, and refugees from Alras, Kal'Urguan, Al'khazar, Galahar all flee to it's safety.. Aegis, lies in fear and panic.. The Champions have been called forth to enter the Nether and attempt to vanquish Iblee's wrath. I.. Myself was called but I refused.. I guard over my friends as a Warden.. The Wardens have fallen into nothing and basically no longer exist, I and Distuth are the only two remaining or have been around for the past few years. If you read this, I do not know where I am.. But ahead of you, lies the story, of my life.

I was born in Aegis on the 30th of Malins Welcome. I lived in a small village deep within the outer forests of Malinor. My mother, Renelewen Gaethelen and my Father, Aranyan Gaethelen raised me to the best of their abilities. My Mother, was a Scribe, she wrote books and poems and everything she could, she would always write for others and get rewarded for her gentle writing. My father, he was a druid, he would always use his magic to grow trees faster or to heal simple and small wounds, I thought that somehow I could instantly know his magic, but sadly I couldn't.. I guess it just wasn't in my bloodline.? Our Village was rather small, there was around seventeen homes, a small park, a few market stalls, a rather large library, and a beaten down barracks.. It wasn't the best, but it was my home..

My life st- well.. It kind of began when I was five, that's the earliest point of time I can recollect from my mind, but it began then with a spark, that would never be vanquished. I was beginning to learn how to read and write from my mother for a few years, I had already learned how to use the Human's and Elves toungue by the time I was seven. They both just kind of, came to me I suppose. When I was eight my father joined the military leaving the druids behind, that didn't really last long and in the end it brought tears to the village. He was well known around, and when he died on the front lines of war as a spearman, we all wept for his passing.. We ended up burying him in the center of the village, right beneath the statue of Malin, we wanted his soul to know of how brave and courageous he was, of his wisdom and knowledge.. We all believed he did.

His passing didn't pass by my mother so well though, she wept and broke down in pain.. I knew I had lost her.. That she was out of my reach, everyday and night I heard her weeping, but.. For some odd reason she pressed on.. She knew there was some hope in the world, that things could change, for the better.. They didn't in the end, she wrote, she wrote a book, one night, when I was Eleven, she came into my room finding me awake, I was staring at the stars thinking of my father, of what he'd done for me. She handed me the book and whispered into my ears tears in her eyes, she told me to read this book when the time was right.. That no matter what, I do not read it to soon, I felt bad for her so I kept it under my bed and never read it. My mother, wrote this book for a reason though.. The following morning she was gone.. As if she'd vanished without anyone noticing.. It was strange..

With both parents gone, I lived without family.. Until I met my now dearest friend, Aren. We had become friends as he found me when I was thirteen laying under a tree resting my mind. We had began to know one another, he was two years younger then me and quite the joker. I met his parents afterwords and they offered me a room to stay in for the rest of my life if needed.. Baffled, I had to accept this offer, I didn't know what else to do.. From that day forward, I promised myself that if anything bad were to happen, I'd take any punishment if it were to keep others safe. I learned how to Hunt with a Bow, Sword, and Knife from that point, almost at a skill of perfection but not quite. I also learned how to Farm with a rather fond skill, my life changed.. More then I could imagine.

Fifteen, Lightning crackled over the night sky, dark figures perched upon the trees and rooftops could be seen outlined by the light of the flashes. Thunder with the sound of laughter boomed after each flash. The children were shoo'd off into the underground tunnels below the village while the guards and all villagers marched into a position of defense. I did not see what took place but I knew, that an attack was taking place. Clashes of sword and lightning was heard through the earths layers above. Screams of pain and agony.. Hours passed, and silence grew upon us.. Rain began and all other noises ended.. The Children began walking through the tunnels but Aren and I remained.. We walked back, back to the tunnel entrance.. To the sight.. We walked out of the tunnels and knew..

We wept.. No tears could resemble the tears we dropped that day.. We wept for our village, it lay in ruins.. The dead everywhere, the stench of the Nether among them, warriors, mages, druids, and everyday elves.. Lay dead, two cloaked figures lay among them, battered and bloodstained. We pulled back their hoods to see dust.. But within the dust, showed the Mark of Iblees.. It disappeared as the rain began to wash away the dust but we knew what it was.. The sign of Iblees was known everywhere.. We walked around and noticed the one house still stood.. My old one, we ran inside in hopes to find someone, but we did not.. The only thing we found, was a book.. Addressed to me.. I knew then, what it was and that I must read it..

"Dear Son, Auvreaeath Gaethelen, I write this in hurry, as my mind as been made clear.. I am sorry, for leaving, but the loss of your Father has hurt me more then I can describe.. A hurt that has chosen for me.. A hurt that leads to you reading this now.. You know by now, that I have run off, but I have run off with purpose, to take my Undead Trials.. I hope that you may one day follow me, as we lead to the peace in Aegis, and destroy those cursed Ascended as they ruin these lands. We are not a bad kind, and we do not live with the intentions of bringing harm, the Undead are the heros here the Ascended fool you all, son, I want you to know I wait for you, that you and I will be reunited, I love you, if you have read this at the correct time though.. I was part of the attack.. And I may or may not be dead. Sincerely, your mother..."

I slammed the book shut and threw it as far away as I could, I was never going to join the Undead, no matter who was among them. I cried and cried right besides Aren weeping for all who died today. I spoke allowed "What is my purpose.. Why should I continue on.. Aren..? Answer me this.. Why should I not simply kill myself..?" His reply.. Tore at me through my flesh.. "Auv.. I can not answer you this question, only you yourself can.. But, if you wish to know what I say.. I say that it's like in those stories, the ones that matter, the ones with darkness and sorrow in them, the ones you sometimes didn't want to know the end.. Because how could it be joyful? How could Aegis go back to the way it was before so much bad, but in the end.. It's only a passing thing, the shadows.. Even Darkness must, and when the sun shines it will shine out the dark.. Those were the tales that stayed with you, even if you didn't understand them.. But I understand now, that in those tales, people had a choice to go back, but they didn't because they were holding on to something.. That there is hope in this land.. That it's worth living for.." His words struck me like a sword, and I swore that day that I would get my revenge if not.. I would die trying..

I lived on for years, meeting new friends along the way, and eventually meeting someone very special to me now.. One day, we walked through Laurelin, Aren and I, we were walking when I saw the fairest beauty in Aegis, her name, Lirinya. Her eyes, were of a blue that I could never forget, her hair, seem to turn gold in the breeze, and her smile, lit any shadows far beyond what stars could do.. I wished to meet her, to be with her.. But my shyness prevented it, over time, I eventually talked to her for short times, and she'd probably forgotten about them. But one day, an event took place that took my heart out of me, I was walking into Laurelin, someone knelt down and proposed to Lirinya, I turned away swiftly, tears beginning to flood my eyes, and I ran, as far as I could away from this day.

Never forgetting, I always felt as if I should have done something, which, eventually I did. I saw Lirinya by a pond and so forgetting what had happened I talked to her, eventually, I pushed her in and we began splashing one another and having a splendid time! From that day, I decided I wouldn't fall for anyone else.. Even after I found out she'd gotten with an Ascended.. I still knew that the love I'd grown towards her couldn't be matched with anyone, not even someone with a fancy stick and can propose lights from their hands. Life had gotten better, until Iblee's wrath grew for the maximum of his ability.

Al'khazar fell, then Alras, then Kal'Urguan, and now Aegis lies in Panic, the nations have called forth their champions to enter then Nether in an attempt to vanquish the Undead, I have denied my invitation knowing that my fate would not end well.. I am now traveling around the lands of Aegis in hopes of finding something, just something that will help. Aren, has passed away, he died while in the druids, apparently if you stand over a sapling and sparkle it with magic you can risk dying.. I felt bad for him but I knew I can not alter the past.. Only the future can be changed. The champions entered the Nether with armor of Diamonds and weapons enchanted to do many things. All of Aegis waited, waited, and waited for the news.

"Victory for Aegis!" the first shouts heard from the portal as several Champions came flooding through, many did not survive but the ones who did were now known as legends. Celebrations took place all across the untainted lands, we were happy, nothing could break us down now knowing the Undead have been killed.. Well, that's what we thought. Iblees attacked in rage, he summoned hordes after hordes and he himself came to bring Chaos on our temple and it's surrounding lands. We knew of only one place we could go to escape this chaos, the Verge. We flooded through carrying all of our belongings and found to our suprise boats built, several of them. Members of each nation ran to their corresponding boat and huddled beneath in the storage. We were beginning to feel secure and ready to depart from these lands until the storm hit.

We all thought that it was going to be perfect, we'd set sail in peace. Then the storm hit us and we were all in fear, it was so violent I don't think anyone could have described it.. But we thought we were going to set sail not expecting such weather.. We were all such fools.. Patiently and panicky at the same time we awaited for this storm to end, eventually it did and we set sail for new lands.. Which, after a year, we found land which we call Asulon.

I am now a Mage, I live my life venturing the lands of Asulon from the Vale, Home of the Halflings to Malinor, home of the Elves, I have been to every Nation several times by now and learn from the trades of many, I am thinking about becoming a Druid but I still wish to continue my training as a Mage, hopefully all goes well.. I am now Three Hundred, pretty young for an elf, and I seek to become a Prince of Malinor of all things, I feel as if I am doing fairly well with this quest and that it may happen in no time.

Your characters ambitions:

They were, to avenge his friends and to kill the Undead, but he'd realized how foolish this was so he thought, I wish to venture the lands and learn of everything I can.. To prove who I am to the inhabitants of Asulon.

Out in the Wilds, your character comes across a small cottage. Outside, there appears to be an elf struggling combat with two bandits. What does your character do?

*Begins to unsling his bow slowly whilst hiding behind the cover of a bush and inspects the situation, mutters to himself how it's looking for the elf and swiftly strings his bow, after doing so he pulls an arrow from his quiver and nooks it onto the string, pulls another arrow being a hotshot and nooks two onto the string. Aims it to where both arrows will hit two separate targets and releases. Realizes his mistake of attempting to be a hotshot and both arrows miss.

*The Bandits will turn around and shout at him "Get him!"

*He will smile to them and shrug unsheathing his knife and sword, he will step out from the cover of the shrubs and look to the bandits hoping he can handle this. He begins circling them as they laugh at him

"Hey, Why exactly were you two trying to mug this Elf here I really though you'd be kinder?" He'd say to them

"What do you expect kid? For us to tackle him down and give him flowers?"

"No, I'd thought that you wou-" *In mid sentance he would switch blades making sure his knife was in his right and side throw it at one bandit, afterwords he would thrust with his sword on his left. Seeing that he wounded both Bandits if not killed he will smile and nod to himself "Job complete" then walk off as if nothing had happened.

Your character walks up to a shop in a quiet market. "Hello, my good sir!" says the shop owner. "What may I help you with today?" How does your character answer?

"Good day my dear shop keeper, what may you be selling?"

After getting a response with anything interesting he will reply promptly after taking time to make it seem as if he's thinking about it

"Huh, well, I don't think I need anything listed but I think you will do good business so take this as a gift from me." *Auvreaeath will then hand over a pouch full of 500 Minas and walk off.

Other Information:

I do understand I have been Accepted before, but lately I've been bothered to not be able to see my own Application anymore so I wanted to see if I can fill one out with this new form. I wish that it can receive a fair review, this is not made for bragging rights simply to have a on file Application Accepted I know I can get Denied, and to take some time editing my Character.
