In your own Words, describe what Metagaming and Powergaming are.

Metagaming is when you use OOC (Out-of-character) information IC (In-Character). For example, you cannot know someone's name, age and sometimes race when you've met them for the first time.

Powergaming is when you successfully declare an action without letting the other person do anything. For example, *A stabs B in the heart, killing him* would be unfair, since B won't be able to react to it. The correct expression should be *A attempts to stab B*

Both are bannable offences.

Biography(This should include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.):

Elyndia was brought up from a noble family in a village situated in the Wilds of Aegis. It was a peaceful village and Elyndia was taught vital survival skills such as farming and fishing. She was also taught how to use a sword although she did not like combat. Many men and even some women were attracted to the art of fighting, but Elyndia wasn't. In fact, she tried to avoid learning combat skills at all times. Her family forced her to learn a little bit of combat with a dagger, and she found it displeasing to use such a weapon, knowing that it was capable of taking someone's life. After learning how to use a dagger as a child, she never took it out again. It was something she had to carry at all times, but she promised herself that she would only use daggers in the most desperate circumstances. She was more interested in what many referred to as 'magic'. She was fascinated; reading books about magic and the story behind each type of magic, although she did not know where to learn such things.

The village she lived in was often competing with a group of bandits, who were hiding in caves close to the town. There were often many skirmishes between the two forces and the villagers believed that their village was impenetrable. However, one day, the village was attacked by a group of human bandits. It was in the middle of the night as they entered the village through the main gate, opened by a corrupt guard. The bandits silently took care of all the guards that were out on patrol or were sleeping. Soon, the whole village was in panic due to the bandits, stealing and murdering everything that stood in their way. There were approximately ten bandits; all were fairly skillful with their swords and axes. After they set fire to several houses, they reached a mansion, in which Elyndia was with her two brothers and her parents. Her two brothers and her father was lucky as the mansion was in the very back of the village, giving them time to quickly suit up and get ready with their weapons. Soon, it was a battle between Elyndia's family and the bandits. Although a few bandits were struck down, the three armed men were still overwhelmed by the rest. While the battle ensued, Elyndia and quickly went down to the basement with another surviving guard. As Elyndia looked through the wooden trapdoor, she was horrified to see that one of the bandits went up to her brother, who was facing the other way, and struck him in the back with a battleaxe. She had just witnessed one of her family members die. Ever since that incident, Elyndia was unable to look at an axe without having flashbacks of her horrible past. Elyndia and a guard, who swore to protect her at all costs, quietly hid in the basement, as they knew that they had no chance against the bandits.

It seemed like an eternity of waiting in the basement, simply wanting the bandits to finish their looting. After a whole day of waiting in the basement, they came out and was shocked. There was no village to be seen; just big piles of burnt wood and a few dead bodies scattered here and there. Elyndia and her guard now had one mission: to survive. They had to travel through the dark forests of the Wilds, to hide from the undead and to travel across a vast majority of land. Luckily, after less than a year, they reached a town, only to hear that the Undead was consuming the land of Aegis. Unable to know whether Elyndia's parents survived the bandit attack, she had to leave Aegis and travel towards to new land of Asulon, along with her guard, who was now old and battered from countless number of fights. To this day, she does not remember much of the bandit incident; it was as if the mind decided to block the horrors of that day so Elyndia could live her life.

Elyndia is a brown-haired, green-eyed, beautiful lady. She was cheerful when she was young, but ever since the incident with the bandits, she is very quiet and shy. However, if Elyndia becomes friends with people, she has the potential to become who she was, an optimistic, cheerful young girl.

Your characters ambitions:

Elyndia is looking for a peaceful settlement; to become a part of one. It has been long since she has talked to a friendly face, and she is in desperate need of someone who she can talk to share her feelings.

Out in the Wilds, your character comes across a small cottage. Outside, there appears to be an elf struggling combat with two bandits. What does your character do?

Seeing as though she avoids fighting at all costs, she watches fearfully from a distance. She hopes the elf would win the combat, seeing as she has heard wonderful things about elves. Elyndia quietly goes around the battle, as there are no towns and villages nearby, out in the Wilds.

Your character walks up to a shop in a quiet market. "Hello, my good sir!" says the shop owner. "What may I help you with today?" How does your character answer?

She replies with a gentle smile and continues to look around for what she has come for; melon seeds for her new farm. After picking her goods, she quietly whispers to the shop owner, "How much... are these?"
