Town Name: Fen'rathiel

Why are you/your character starting this town? What role will it play?

My character isn't exactly building this town. This town is the arrival of a tribe of elves who live on the sea. I made a post about it

here . This town will likely be moved later on as it is only to introduce the tribe to the world.

What type of political system is enforced in this town?

Is this town under the reign of any other nation at this time?. It will not be under the rule of any nation at least not at first. The government will be explained later on in the page.

What sort of behavior will residents exhibit? (Race relations, nation relations,)

Though they are not allied to any nations they are not openly hostile to any. We would like to build an alliance with our fellow elves.

Where would you prefer the town’s region be?

I would like it to be on a sandy beach or small island near the elves lands . I was hoping to reshape the an island at x: 1986 z : -358 for this

Any other details (architecture, races, culture, etc):

Most of the buildings will be small ships or huts along the beach. This will be the wash up site of several of the Maritime elf vessels after they were wrecked in a storm.

A small group of vessels were navigating un-chartered waters when a great tempest broke out. The storm tossed the ships back and forth in the ocean. Many of the ships went down killing those on board. The elf in charge it was later found died in the storm after he was crushed by a falling mast. When the storm broke a young Trident bearer attempted to regroup however he could and return to the island they set off from. But the wind would not let them and they were forced again into the tempest. Though he could not control their direction the elf headed them towards a foreign shore and they crashed their. Most of the boats beached they stayed here wondering if there were friendly beings on this island.
