Do you have a good grip on the English language/good grammar?: yes i live in England and have good grammar i am currently studying English language and English literature.

Small 2-3 Sentence Description of yourself: I like working in groups to play games and get the job done. i like to play minecraft as its a fun game but prefer Rpg servers for there in-depth environment.

How much time could you be on the server weekly?: 2 hours a day in the week considerably more on the weekends

What do you know about Roleplaying? Give a definition of what it means to you: playing a specific part in a big world which evolves with your character as the story continues giving your choices alot of meaning and purpose and that you can change the world around you. you play your character personality instead of your own

What experience have you had in Roleplaying, if any?: i am taking gcse level Drama and have done many pieces of roleplay for that. i have also played several rp servers and lots of rpg games including a few mmorpgs

In your own Words, define what the act of Meta-Gaming is: when the player guides there character through the game using knowledge there character doesn't have access to by using ooc or external sources.

In your own Words, define what the act of Power-Gaming is: is when a player always tries to be the best at what there doing and not being realistic or attempts to maximize there characters power by continues leveling, money earning or other methods to achieve there personal goals and overpower their peers rather than enjoy the game itself.

What do you expect this server will be like?: well maintained with no griefers and the like, full of players who want to play the rp side of this game, fun if everyone plays properly and a chance to work as part of something bigger than myself.

What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?: shadowraze- because it was a good server but there was no objective or story so not for me, frankrd3- because the admin where taking a very direct approach and abusing there power, dynesty- left as it was a very small server so there was not much interaction, economycraft- i only played this server for a small time but found it was like all the other big servers like shadowraze in that there was not enough to do.

Character Name: Lekohi HilBeard

What Race are you?: Dwarf

Biography (Please make this at least 2 paragraphs long. This must include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.):

Lekohi is a 3 foot tall dwarf with grayish hair and dark skin he is the son of a blacksmith and lives in the marvalous city of Kal'Dwain. he has studied his farthers craft for many years now but also training with the very blades he makes hoping to one day serve in the great dwarf legion. he is a young dwarf only 25 but has a hearty apatite for ale and battle alike often getting in a lot of trouble at the local taverns. he is very stocky even for a dwarf with wide muscular shoulders and strong powerful arms.

He works in the mines to bring in income to pay for his blacksmith training and large ale bills. he is considered very attractive, among other dwarves at least, and is quite often the life of any party or feast. he is currently wondering the world of Asulon looking for adventure that will hopefully fine tune his combat ability ready for him to one day join the legion.

What is your Character's ambitions?: to become a master blacksmith or warrior and make his nation proud

Other Information about your Character: as with many dwarves he has a love of precious metals and gems

Open-Response-Questions

Whilst traveling from the Cloud Temple you see a small halfling, being harassed by two armed warriors. They appear to be trying to steal money from him, how does your character respond? i would aproach the thugs and ask what the halfling has done if he is inocent and they are harrassing him i would ask them to leave politely but assertivly. if the thugs do not pay any atention and leave the halfling alone i would ask them to leave in return for 50 minas. if the thugs do not accept the offer howether i would try to reason with them and try to persuade them to leave and if this doesnt work i would step inbetween them and the halfling and tell him to run. if the thugs draw weapons i would pull out my axe and fight them always moving towards the nearest town but using my weapon to hit them back if they come to close once i eventualy near a town if they dont back off i would call the guards for assistance.

Your character wanders into Alras, and comes across a small stall, behind which a well dressed man is standing. He’s offering various wares, the merchant turns to you and says in a posh accent " 'ello there, what can I do you for today?" What is your character response? greet the merchant and browse his stock looking for anythink of interest i would then ask him if there was anywhere nearby i could thind some loot and ask if he is selling anything special, i would then buy anything i need and leave.

Whilst wandering in the wilds, your character comes across a small hut, which looks abandoned. Inside it you see a chest containing a few iron bars, and a golden sword. How would your character respond?: i would look around the shack out of pure interest but not take anything, i dont realy need it and someone has probably worked very hard to get them. after looking around a bit i would leave close the door behind me and continue on my travels.

Hungry and lost in the wilderness, you stumble across a small trading camp nestled among the forest, they greet you you in the common tongue, how do you respond? great them back in a friendly manner and offer to guard the camp for the night in return for some food .I would then talk with them for a while and ask for directions back to the road.

You hear word that bandits occupy the road outside the town in which you have been staying. The town guard have gathered, and are asking for assistance to help eliminate them. The leader of the party is offering a reward for any who offer their support. How does your character act on this information?: great the guards and ask what the problem is before offering my assistance and once i know all the details join them in getting rid of the bandits. i would approach the bandits with the guards. i would stick at the back so as not to get myself killed and once the fight begins i would pick indervidual targets to fight, i would shoot my target enemy with a bow as i aproach and charge withe my axe before they can react. i would keep moving and hitting to minimize damage taken and hopefully defeat my enemy, if i defeat my target i would help any guards who are engaged in combat untill all the bandits are gone. after the fight i would chat with the guards for a while collect my reward and leave.
