What do you know about Roleplaying? Give a definition of what it means to you: Roleplaying is creating and becoming a character in a fictitious world

What experience have you had in Roleplaying, if any?: When I was younger me and my friend would roleplay. I also played runescape for a while.

In your own Words, define what the act of Meta-Gaming is: Meta-gaming(and I may have the two switched i'm terribly sorry) is using an external source to provide help in-game such as using Dyna-map to locate an undead base.

In your own Words, define what the act of Power-Gaming is : Forcing roleplay unto another character for example If you just come in and kill someone without reason or giving them awarness.

What do you expect this server will be like?: The greatest roleplay experience ever.

What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?: mostly faction servers. I left because they were run improperly or the general population was rude and disrespectful.

Have you read, understood, and agreed to the rules?: Yes, I also LOVE the lore

Character Name: Euryllicus

What Race are you?: Elf

What Sub-Race are you? (note, you aren’t required to have a sub-race):Wood-Elf

Biography (Please make this at least 2 paragraphs long. This must include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.) : Born in the outskirts of Arethor, Euryllicus grew up in a simple life. Euryllicus, even though he is a wood elf, is tall and slender. He has pale blue eyes and dark brown hair. His skin is tan and scarred from experience, he also has one bad eye. He has a weakness and this is swordsmanship, he is not as strong as his father but more agile. His father was a soldier and farmer. His mother also farmed and bred animals. Euryllicus' father trained him well with the bow. He learned to adapt to aiming with one eye. He went hunting with his father every day. His mother taught him to cook and farm.

One day His father received a call for war. He left knowing he wouldn't return. Euryllicus wept himself to sleep every day his father did not return. This left him emotionally scarred which would one day lead him into depression. On one day a man came to the house. Euryllicus was hoping for the best, maybe it was his father. There was a notice that his father had gone missing from battle. Euryllicus then set out to find his father. On his journey he came across the Sanctuary of the Cloud Temple. Euryllicus studied the history of Asulon, and their religion as well. This cured Euryllicus of his emotions about his missing father. After this change he became very enlightened and enjoyed having people around him. He admired nature and it’s beauty. Euryllicus became motivated to bring people together and create peace in Asulon before the new races to Asulon destroyed it. The monks also gave him a secret to curing his bad eye, however it would take two years. He bid the monks farewell and continued on his journey. Euryllicus wasn’t going to stop his journey until he fulfilled his goal. He then came to the Elvin city of Elandriel. This is where our story leaves off.

What is your Character's ambitions?: Find his father and start a guild and/or religion.

What is your character’s favorite tool? (sword, pickaxe, shovel, etc):bow

What is one of your Character's most skilled talents? Archery

Whilst traveling from the Cloud Temple you see a small halfling, being harassed by two armed warriors. They appear to be trying to steal money from him, how does your character respond?: Euryllicus climbs into a tree and shouts down at them "Halt, unhand him or face the consequences"(corny? yes!)The bandits reply "Why sir? We mean no harm to our friend here!" Euryllicus replies by drawing his bow "It be your choice'friend'" The bandits not wanting to risk their lives walk away with there eyes drawn on Euryllicus

Your character wanders into Alras, and comes across a small stall, behind which a well dressed man is standing. He’s offering various wares, the merchant turns to you and says in a posh accent " 'ello there, what can I do you for today?" What is your character response? "Are you attempting to scam me sir?" The merchant replies, "no sir, I am merely selling clothes my wife has sewn.” Euryllicus still seeming suspicious of the merchant carries on about his business.

Whilst wandering in the wilds, your character comes across a small hut, which looks abandoned. Inside it you see a chest containing a few iron bars, and a golden sword. How would your character respond?: Euryllicus, knowing it's a bad thing to do, goes into the house and looks around for materials he could take. After a while of just looking his conscience gets the best of him. Euryllicus leaves the house and walks away.

Hungry and lost in the wilderness, you stumble across a small trading camp nestled among the forest, they greet you you in the common tongue, how do you respond? "I have traveled a long ways, might you have any food?". If the traders say yes, he treats them to leather and other pelts he has found. If they say no, he continues on his way and searches for something he could kill to get food from.

You hear word that bandits occupy the road outside the town in which you have been staying. The town guard have gathered, and are asking for assistance to help eliminate them. The leader of the party is offering a reward for any who offer their support. How does your character act on this information?: Euryllicus is of course on the road much, he will need the money for settling or traveling. Euryllicus offers his help in the search party. The search party laughs partially seeing that Euryllicus isn't very muscular. The leader of the party says "if you wish to come, prove yourself worthy". Euryllicus spots a bird in a tree some 150 meters away. He says "do you see that canary?", The guards stare at the bird for a minute questioning his logic. Euryllicus pulls out his bow aims, fires, and hits the bird out of the tree. The party leader tells Euryllicus "welcome aboard".
