Do you have a good grip on the English language/good grammar?: Yes I do

Small 2-3 Sentence Description of yourself: I am an athletic young man to some; I take a lot of pride in sports. Academics are also important to me; I strive to have at least a 3.0 GPA at all times. Minecraft to me is a free time enjoyment and pass time which I have a lot of.

How much time could you be on the server weekly?: A good bit, 10-20 hours depending on what kind of week it is.

What do you know about Roleplaying? Give a definition of what it means to you: Roleplaying is when you take on the identity of a made-up, or another real life character and live out their everyday tasks.

What experience have you had in Roleplaying, if any?: I have role-played on a variety of somewhat small- name RP servers such as; Aswein, Renaissance, Ruined World 2, and Dynasty.

In your own Words, define what the act of Meta-Gaming is: An out of character action which uses knowledge that a character is not aware of. It’s one of the most deadly sins of Roleplaying. Such as; not seeing a player physically, yet knowing he’s there due to his name plate.

In your own Words, define what the act of Power-Gaming is: it makes a character do things that are physically impossible to accomplish such as; jumping 25 feet in the air and not getting hurt. Another good example would be; having superhero-type powers. Very deadly sin of roleplaying

What do you expect this server will be like?: A large community of avid role-players who are looking to have a good time.

What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?: I was on Dynasty, they shut down. I was on Renaissance, I just didn’t like them. Ruined world 2 shut down. Aswein is also shutting down.

Biography (Please make this at least 2 paragraphs long. This must include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.):

(NOTE; Bio is told as if being told by another person)

Ah, Titus Metellus, believe it or not, he was raised in the wild! He and his family were alone, a three bedroom cabin! His family was stable, a mom and a dad, but no siblings. He was a rather big young boy; in fact at age two, he weighed 30 pounds! When Titus became the age of 5, he began to work around the house with his father and mother. He would actually go on hunts with his dad from time-to-time! Titus would go around with a mid-sized wooden sword and a stone dagger.

His mother valued a basic education, as a child she was lucky enough to have a basic education of her own. Born in the Kingdom of Renatus (now called the Holy Oren Empire), she was a little school girl. Titus’ father lived in the outskirts of the kingdom. They found each other when Titus’ father went into the city to run an errand. They both knew that it was love at first sight. They ran away together. The kingdom ruled them “dead”, but they were very much alive. After living in the wilds alone for a year, they decided to “marry”; an iron ingot was taken, and carved into two shrewd looking rings. Then five years later, Titus was born.

When Titus became the age of eight, his mother began to give Titus 2 hour lessons every day. As a result Titus learned; how to read, basic mathematics, how to survive alone, and how to write. The lessons from his mother ceased when he was eleven.

At the age of twelve, Titus’ father began to let Titus hunt alone. At this time, in the world of Asulon, the plague had just made its home in Renatus. Titus would hunt from sun-up to sun-down, even at times he would bring too much food home and some of it would go to waste! Titus eventually took over all the chores that his father once had, but Titus’ father was an old man now, and his father considered himself “retired’. Life was good for those next 5 years.

Unfortunately when Titus turned 18, his mother died, she died of a mysterious disease that basically sucked all the life from within her. His father was about to suffer the same fate, he was a very sick man. His father recommended that he go to a town or city, and begin a life of his own. Titus took this advice and decided that it would be best. The night before Titus left, his father died, weirdly enough Titus knew that his father was a happy man because when he died, he died with a smile on his face.

That next morning Titus left to begin his new life. Titus would end up in Arethor, but he has no plans to stay long at all. It gave him way too many memories of his deceased parents.

What is your Character's ambitions?:

Titus would like to become an avid member of a town, village, or city. He is eager to learn and would like to become a good builder along with a warrior.

What is your character’s favorite tool? (sword, pickaxe, shovel, etc):

Sword, he grew up with one wielded in one hand or the other.

What is one of your Character's most skilled talents?

Hunting, he finds a great joy in hunting.

Open-Response-Questions

Whilst traveling from the Cloud Temple you see a small halfling, being harassed by two armed warriors. They appear to be trying to steal money from him, how does your character respond?

“Titus sees a halfling trying to be robbed”

Titus yells; “Hey pick on someone your own size!”

*the two warriors turn around astonishingly quick to see that it was Titus whom called them*

One yells; is it a duel you wish?

Titus says; very well.

*the warrior draws his clean iron sword while Titus draws out one of his own. The warrior makes the first move and cuts Titus across the arm! Titus shrieks but returns with a jab of his own! The warrior is shocked, after a minute or two of fighting Titus delivers the final blow and the armed warrior falls to the ground. He is dead. The other warrior drops his weapon and runs away. Titus is victorious. Titus walks off into the distance*

*The Halfling is left wondering who the mysterious hero was*

Titus thinks to himself; “I am lucky to be alive.”

Your character wanders into Alras, and comes across a small stall, behind which a well dressed man is standing. He’s offering various wares, the merchant turns to you and says in a posh accent " 'ello there, what can I do you for today?" What is your character response?

Hello there kind sir, I am just browsing!

The man replies with; “well is there anything you need in particular?”

Titus replies with; “actually I think this old chest plate of mine needs to be replaced, what would you recommend that I have my new one made out of?”

He says; “I would just recommend iron, it’s a good hard metal that isn’t too heavy or expensive!”

“Hmmmm, name your price” Titus says.

“Twenty five hundred mina!” the man says.

*Titus spits in disgust of the price that the man named*

Titus then yells; “I will not pay such an outrageous price for a chest plate!”

*This draws the attention of some guards*

The man then pleads; “Shhhhhhh, please sir! Do not draw their attention, 1 mishap and they’ll haul me away to be executed!”

He then says; “I’ll offer you nine hundred mina for this chest plate but that is as low as I can go!”

“Fine….. I’ll take it” Titus says and hands the man some mina.

Whilst wandering in the wilds, your character comes across a small hut, which looks abandoned. Inside it you see a chest containing a few iron bars, and a golden sword. How would your character respond?:

Titus mutters to himself; “my dad didn’t teach me to be a thief, and I won’t start now.”

*Titus continues to walk*

*Leaves rustle in the distance*

*A dwarf appears from the bushes with a rabbit of great size slung over his shoulder*

The dwarf says; “Thief! Be gone!”

Titus replies with; “Ha, I am no thief, I just stumbled upon this small hut while I was taking a walk through the woods!”

*The dwarf gives him a strange look* He then says; “You seem to be telling the truth, please join me in my rather abandoned looking hut for Herbal tea sir.”

*Titus thinks for a minute* “He then says; Very well, I shall join you for some tea.”

*The two head into the shack, Titus actually feels a little cramped but then remembers that the man is a dwarf*

*The dwarf then skins the rabbit, starts a fire, and then begins to slow roast the rabbit*

*He then takes out some roots, and grinds them to a powder, then sets them in water and puts it on the fire as well*

*They make small talk until Titus notices some carvings on the golden sword in the corner*

Titus inquires; “what do those carvings on the sword in the corner mean?”

The dwarf explains; “supposedly it is a key to a dungeon that has yet to have been discovered. The clue to find it is under four trees that connect, there will be a central point where the sword is to be jabbed into the ground, which will open the dungeon.”

He also says; “I have no interest in it, you can take it if you are up for an adventure”

Titus replies with; “I will be glad to take it, and embark on this adventure.”

*the two men enjoy the rest of their night with tea*

Hungry and lost in the wilderness, you stumble across a small trading camp nestled among the forest, they greet you in the common tongue, and how do you respond?

Titus says; “wow, you know, it’s really hard to find some nice people around these parts!”

*His stomach growls loudly and the men offer you some food*

Titus says; “thanks, I really needed it, by the way, would you happen to know where the nearest town is?’

*One of the men points to the East*

*Another man tells Titus that the town is indeed human*

Titus says; “even better, thank you for the food and have a nice evening.”

*He gathers his supplies and then begins his journey to the town*

You hear word that bandits occupy the road outside the town in which you have been staying. The town guards have gathered, and are asking for assistance to help eliminate them. The leader of the party is offering a reward for any who offers their support. How does your character act on this information?:

Titus says; “I would love to join you all in your quest, my skills seem to have improved with a sword over the past few months.”

The head guard says; “we will offer you two hundred fifty mina for your services on this rather small problem.”

*Titus nods his head in agreement*

The head guard then says to all the men present; “We disembark in thirty minutes, get your gear ready, there are extra swords, armor, and shields in the armory.”

*They head out 30 minutes later, a group of five men dressed in iron armor and armed with iron swords, the head guard up front, has a sword of diamond.”

*In the distance they see the supposed location of where the bandits were supposed to be, it is a little cave, there is little light coming from it though.*

*The head guard then gives the order to rush in on the bandits, he has a feeling that they are there.*

*Everyone including Titus rushes in expecting the bandits to be there, but they are not, all of them hangs their heads in shame.*

*All of the volunteers and guards head back to town disappointed that the bandits are still out somewhere just waiting to strike.*
