In your own words, define what the act of Roleplaying is:

When one takes on the persona of a fictional character (preferably one he or she created themselves) in the context of a game. Like acting, in the sense that one is playing as a person they are not, but without a script. The script is improvised, the ‘actors’ immersed in their own creation.

In your own Words, define what the act of Metagaming is:

When one uses information obtained out-of-character to his or her advantage when in-character.

i.e. Seeing someone's character name in chat and calling them by it when that person hasn't even introduced themselves to your character.

In your own Words, define what the act of Powergaming is:

When one essentially forces an action onto another character. i.e. Incorrect (Power-Gaming example): *Bob stabbed and killed Bill* <- Bob doesn't give Bill a chance to defend himself through roleplay. Correct: *Bobattempts to mortally wound Bill by swinging his sword at Bill's neck*. By stating "attempts to," Bob doesn't define the action as completed, thus Bill has the opportunity to respond to Bob’s actions.

Biography (Please make this at least 2 paragraphs long. This must include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.):

Loredas is the son of Kael'thas, former archer of Aegis. As a baby, he was found amongst the bloody bodies of his murdered parents by Aedelas Blookmore, commander of the internment camps which held elves after the end of the the war against the undead. Blookmore gave him the name Loredas, in name of his father. Blookmore returned with Loredas to Alras, raising him as a marksman with all the cunning of an elf, but with the keen strategic intellect of a human. He was trained and taught by many, wet-nursed by human woman, and grew to befriend her daughter, Teretha Foxton. Loredas proved to be an excellent student and a phenomenal archer.

He was clever, quick, and tall even by elf standards. However, Blookmore's abusive beatings both in and out of the ring began to take its toll. Taretha wrote Loredas letters and secretly delivered them to him in his cage within books, and he wrote back to her. Eventually, he wrote to Taretha that he wished to escape.

Taretha created a diversion inside Alras which allowed Loredas to escape from his cell unnoticed. They met outside the city by a cave, where Taretha gave him provisions and supplies. He then left Alras, hoping to never return.

Loredas later got the chance to get to Malinor. He was greeted by Aldina a young elven woman, who infact was a cunning archer just as Loredas. Aldina talked to the Elven council and asked if Loredas could stay in the city with her, the elven council agreed to let him stay. Aldina teached Loredas more of the Elven manners, they way they lived. Both Loredas and Aldina were cunning hunters, archery was their passion, but they loved to help everyone. One day on Malinor, on a nice sunset, Loredas proposed to Aldina, and so they got married. To these day Loredas and Aldina keep searching for new adventures on Asulon, practicing with the bow and helping people out.

Loredas has long blond hair, blue eyes, and a scar in his left arm from hunting. He's roughly 6' 3”, golden tint skin, and is currently 57 years old. His personality, if defined in one word, would be 'adventurous'. He's usually on the go to some place, somewhere; hunting or just practicing with his bow. Loredas can often be seen exploring the wilderness, or doing hard tasks that nobody else will do.

Answer at least three out of five listed

Whilst traveling from the Cloud Temple you see a small halfling, being harassed by two armed warriors. They appear to be trying to steal money from him, how does your character respond?

Loredas would try to imitate some scary animal’s call to spark some fear in the warriors and distract them from the halfling. If his original ploy fails, he would fire a warning shot with his bow into the ground near them, with the intent of changing the focus of the warriors’ malice and having them chase him through the woods until he could, hopefully, lose them. With any luck, he would be able to escape to a forest and lose the warriors amongst the trees, then double-back to see if the halfling required any assistance.

Your character wanders into Alras, and comes across a small stall, behind which a well dressed man is standing. He’s offering various wares, the merchant turns to you and says in a posh accent " 'ello there, what can I do you for today?" What is your character response?

Loredas asks the man what he wants. If the merchant is selling things, he might buy some tools. A replacement quiver to carry about, maybe a map of the area if the man has one. He wouldn't purchase anything extremely expensive, however. Apart from purchasing goods and supplies, he might ask where to find the nearest inn to rest the night, or perhaps where to get some food. If the man sells food, Loredas would most definitely buy some.

Whilst wandering in the wilds, your character comes across a small hut, which looks abandoned. Inside it you see a chest containing a few iron bars, and a golden sword. How would your character respond?:

Loredas greets this finding like a gift from the heavens! Being that the home is abandoned, there's no reason to leave the treasure to collect dust. He stashes the valuables, then searches the house and surrounding area for any additional supplies. After that, Loredas spends the rest of the day thinking about what to do with the treasure. He'll probably sell it off to a merchant to buy something nice for Aldina.

Hungry and lost in the wilderness, you stumble across a small trading camp nestled among the forest, they greet you you in the common tongue, how do you respond?

"Hello there, my name is Loredas. I'm practically starving, and I've been walking for days. I've crossed mountains, deserts, waded through swamps, yet I've found nothing to eat. Please, would you spare something for a tired traveler?” If the people accept and feed Loredas, he would thank them, and ask for directions to the nearest twinkle of civilization. If they did not, he'd offer them plenty of money in order to get a meal.

You hear word that bandits occupy the road outside the town in which you have been staying. The town guard have gathered, and are asking for assistance to help eliminate them. The leader of the party is offering a reward for any who offer their support. How does your character act on this information?:

Loredas, knowing his archery skills, he decides to assist the guards:

Loredas: Guards! I offer my assistance. I shall protect this town!

Then he puts his archery skills to use and shoots them off. After all the bandits were taken care off Loredas tells the guards that he does not wish for any reward, he just wants to help people and protect the town.
