Do you have a good grip on the English language/good grammar?: I have amazing grip on the English language and I also have great grammar, I almost never make a grammar mistake.

Small 2-3 Sentence Description of yourself: I am 14 years old and I have a lot of free time on my hands. I go on Minecraft everyday just to have fun and relax. I love building, collecting and pvp-ing.

How much time could you be on the server weekly?: Since I play Minecraft every day, I’ll be on the server at least 5 hours a day.

What do you know about Roleplaying? Give a definition of what it means to you: Role-playing involves taking on the role of a character. You live out adventures and quests through the eyes of your character. Your character can be anything from a simple farmer to royal king/queen and all it takes is creativity.

What experience have you had in Roleplaying, if any?: I have been on a few other Role-playing servers. Most were boring but a few were very fun but were shut down over time. I found that living through a characters eyes was very fun but I’m still looking for just the right server.

In your own Words, define what the act of Meta-Gaming is: It means using knowledge from O.O.C to give yourself an unfair advantage in the game.

In your own Words, define what the act of Power-Emoting is: Is forcing an action onto another character without letting them to prevent your actions or fight back.

What do you expect this server will be like?: I think this server will be amazing! I’ve read the Wikipedia and have read many positive reviews about this server. Honestly I can’t wait to experience it first hand!

What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?: I have been on a few other servers but sadly they are no longer running. I do occasionally go onto a few servers but most are pvp and for a while now I’ve been looking for a server with something more something more adventurous and fun!

Have you read, understood, and agreed to the rules?: Obviously! There’s a reason why servers need rules! Without rules a server would be in ruins!!!

Do you promise to abide by said rules, and laws? This includes the Server, Forum, and Teamspeak set Rules: I do abide to the rules without hesitation! Rules are there for a good purpose and laws are important too! I have no problem agreeing to the rules of the server.

How did you hear about us?: I looked up Role-playing servers and this was the first thing to come up. After reading about role-playing servers this is by far the best!

Have you previously made an Application? If so could you link us to your last Application?: Yes I have made a previous application. There was only a few things wrong so I fixed them I hope my application will be accepted now.

Character Name: Beth ArchDiamond

What Race are you? (You may only be Human, Orc, Elf or Dwarf!) : Human

What Sub-Race are you? (note, you aren’t required to have a sub-race): I am a Southeron.

Biography (Please make this at least 2 paragraphs long. This must include the history of your character and her life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.): She was given the name Beth after her mother, the local Saint. She was born in a small town deep in the wilderness. It was a small tightly knit community. She was exceptionally beautiful with perfect alabaster skin. Her mother would often fuss on how she deserved to be a queen. Despite her beauty she was always modest. She disliked the stereotypical tasks of the woman and often preferred practising swordsmanship with her father. She was a very charitable person often giving money to every beggar in sight.She was very good natured but beyond her pretty looks and kind personality she had a dark secret that she was determined to keep hidden.

She often went to the library. She often read about great warriors and fighting techniques. She believed she could one day become a great warrior and make her father proud. Sadly her ambition was cut short. While walking home she was grabbed maliciously by a thug and soon after she blacked out. When she awoke she found herself locked alone in a dungeon. She noticed hundreds of horrifying tools laid out on tables. She barely managed to escape through a small opening in the wall. For the next few years she wandered the wilderness struggling to stay alive. She missed her family and one day on the verge of giving up she stumbled into The Cloud Temple. The monks took care of her. She stayed there for a few months recovering. When she turned 18 she vowed to one day find her parents.

What are your Character's ambitions?: My character has many ambitions. She hopes to become a master swordsman but most of all to find her family and reconnect with a life lost.

What is your character’s favorite tool? (sword, pickaxe, shovel, etc): Her favourite tool is the sword.

What is one of your Character's most skilled talents? One of Beth’s most skilled talents are using the sword. Her ability to learn is outstanding.

Other Information about your Character: My character is a confident, good natured person. She is very charitable and believes in helping the less fortunate, sometimes too much! Years in the wilderness have made her a strong and independent woman.

Open-Response-Questions

Each and every question must be answered with a minimum of a single full paragraph and entirely in RP.

Whilst travelling from the Cloud Temple you see a small halfling, being harassed by two armed warriors. They appear to be trying to steal money from him, how does your character respond? Beth would be shocked to see protectors of the law harassing a young child. She would take the Halfling’s hand and would whisper to the child to run away. She would then turn to the guards and say to the guards in an ashamed tone “To steal from a citizen is bad, to steal from a child is unforgivable.” After ensuring the child had escaped she would then say “I hope you’re proud of yourselves” and then quickly sprint off knowing she had won. Her natural agility made it easy for her to outrun the guards.

Your character wanders into Alras, and comes across a small stall, behind which a well dressed man is standing. He’s offering various wares, the merchant turns to you and says in a posh accent " 'ello there, what can I do you for today?" What is your character response? Beth would ask for the usual wears such as food, water and clothing but would be especially interested to know if they had any rare weapons in stock. She would be struggling to keep a neutral but polite expression from the possibility of a new weapon.

Whilst wandering in the wilds, your character comes across a small hut, which looks abandoned. Inside it you see a chest containing a few iron bars, and a golden sword. How would your character respond?: After searching every inch of the abandoned hut she would once again approach the chest. Beth would be curious to know why someone would leave such valuables in a supposedly abandoned hut. She would feel guilty about taking anything and would instead leave some food and some Minas. She would leave the hut knowing she helped someone less fortunate than her.

Hungry and lost in the wilderness, you stumble across a small trading camp nestled among the forest, they greet you in the common tongue, how do you respond? Beth would bless the god Aeriel for helping her in her time of need. She would politely introduce herself and explain her situation “I am hungry and lost in the wilderness and if you can spare some food and a local map I would gladly repay you in any way I can.” She would graciously accept anything they offered her and would thank them before leaving to travel to the nearest town or city.

You hear word that bandits occupy the road outside the town in which you have been staying. The town guard have gathered, and are asking for assistance to help eliminate them. The leader of the party is offering a reward for any who offer their support. How does your character act on this information?: She would gladly agree regardless of payment wanting to prove her skills in swordsmanship and resourcefulness. She would be nervous but excited at the opportunity to improve her skills and have a chance to practice in a real life situation. She would encourage others to join her in ridding this city of crime. During the fight she would remain brave ensuring the safety of her teammates. After winning the battle she would be proud that she made the world a better place for her and for others. She would not ask for a payment, she would just be happy knowing that she helped the town become a safer place for the people.

Anything else you would like to say?: Beth is a caring, considerate person who believes in doing justice. She would jump at the opportunity to participate in battle. She will help as much as she can even if it means putting herself in danger. As long as she’s doing something for the greater good she will feel content inside.
