I am humble and easy going. I love role playing games and video games.

How much time could you be on the server weekly?:

I could be on the server at least 7 hours a week, about an hour a day. This is the minimum time.

What do you know about Roleplaying? Give a definition of what it means to you:

Roleplaying is creating a character and acting him out to your fullest. Roleplaying a character is one of the greatest thrills because it allows you to be someone different, and do things you wouldn't normally do. It also allows you to express a different side of you to other people. Of course, it is also just plain fun.

What experience have you had in Roleplaying, if any?:

I have been playing DnD for eight years of my life. I have also been a DM to the game for the last 5 years. I have played other Roleplaying games as well such as Shadowrun, and Twilight 2000.

In your own Words, define what the act of Meta-Gaming is:

Meta-Gaming is using knowledge you know out of game to help your character in game. At my DnD table we call this "Using player knowledge".

In your own Words, define what the act of Power-Emoting is:

Power-emoting is when someone does an action to the effect in which the other person can't respond.

What do you expect this server will be like?:

I think this server will have alot of nice players and good roleplayers. From being a wandering soul I have see the architecture and it is amazingly done. The lore also adds and element of creativity and originality to the world.

What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?:

This will be my first server on MineCraft.

Biography (Please make this at least 2 paragraphs long. This must include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.):

Magnen Nimblefingers was was born one fine day on a large farm in The Vale. He was a gift to his parents, for they have been trying for children for very long time. As a child, Magnen grew up to be honest and hard working. He would always play among the crops and help his father farm the land. His father would always laugh and exclaim that his son was born with sweat on his brow and a hoe in his hand! He developed a knack for selling the goods he produced. Always getting the best price and greatest deals. During his childhood he met another halfling named Ranely. They grew up together but eventually Ranely left as a wandering bard. Magnen stayed to work on his family farm.

Bandits, disease, and drought started to destroy the Nimblefingers's farm. The crops died and the soil turned to sand. The once great farm dwindled to ruin. Magnen would try to help the crops but to no avail. Magnen's father soon caught disease. He broke out into fever and could no longer work the land. Magnen's mother would lie next to her dying husband and cry herself to sleep. Soon, he died as the last strand of wheat withered. Magnen's mother wouldn't eat until finally she also died.

Magnen blames himself for the death of his parents. He sold the house and took his money to the local pub and drowned his sorrows in stale beer. He spent every last Minae he had on alcohol. One day, Ranely came and sat down next to Magnen. He told Magnen of a chance at starting his life again. He gave him a partnership to a business that they will start. With a new look at the future and a goal in mind, Magnen stepped out of that pub and looked upon Asulon with a grin!

What are your Character's ambitions?:

Magnen's ambitions are to start a new life and to get back on his feet.

What is your character’s favorite tool? (sword, pickaxe, shovel, etc):

The hoe, for farming.

What is one of your Character's most skilled talents?

Farming

Do to his situation he turned into an alcoholic.

Each and every question must be answered with a minimum of a single full paragraph and entirely in RP.

Whilst traveling from the Cloud Temple you see a small halfling, being harassed by two armed warriors. They appear to be trying to steal money from him, how does your character respond?

Magnen turns the corner and witnesses the scene. His eyes open wide with shock at this horrible sight! He turns and yells for the nearest guard, ready to run if the armored warriors turn on him also! As the guards arrive his sticks around from far back to watch the scene. As the guards arrest the warriors he smiles, thinking that he helped this person like he couldn't do for his family.

Your character wanders into Alras, and comes across a small stall, behind which a well dressed man is standing. He’s offering various wares, the merchant turns to you and says in a posh accent " 'ello there, what can I do you for today?" What is your character response?

Magnen turns to look at his wares politely. He browses over the handmade rugs and the small potions. Seeing something he wanted to buy he quickly reached for is coin purse, only to find it empty. Disappointed, he bids farewell to the merchant knowing he will be back to buy that bottle of whiskey.

Whilst wandering in the wilds, your character comes across a small hut, which looks abandoned. Inside it you see a chest containing a few iron bars, and a golden sword. How would your character respond?:

Magnen opens the chest. Golden light washes over him as he takes out the sword. Knowing such treasures are rare, he quickly makes the decision that they were forgotten. He snatches the items and takes the iron bars back to town to sell. Keeping the sword for himself.

Hungry and lost in the wilderness, you stumble across a small trading camp nestled among the forest, they greet you you in the common tongue, how do you respond?

Magnen politely greets them, not forgetting courtesy even though he is starved. He tells them of his situation and asks which way to the nearest town and if, perhaps, he could buy some food from them. The point out the road to town and tell him that they will feed him and shelter him for the night. He thanks them and dines with them. In the morning he slips out and leaves some coins to show is gratitude for the generosity. He then walks towards town while whistling.

You hear word that bandits occupy the road outside the town in which you have been staying. The town guard have gathered, and are asking for assistance to help eliminate them. The leader of the party is offering a reward for any who offer their support. How does your character act on this information?:

Reason:

Your in-character questions answers are to small. Try to expand on them and give reasons why you characters favourite tool is "hoe" and why is his ambition is what it is. This will help your character building when you have started your role play, and will make it easier to start with your character.

Your Open-Response-Questions were a bit "Dry". You need to add a bit more onto them, and try to set them out like role-play. So you do the action then the speech. This will teach you how role play works on LOTC and will help you get started also.

However your biography was very promising and you showed a good understanding of lore.
