I am in need of a good architect to help me build & design a few buildings for the inside of my fortress.

I am not near the fortress for a while. [i'm gone for a week]

If you require to start now and I will pay you when I'm around seek out someone called Trelador [Dimwitz] He can give you the materials and tell you what we require building. Also I will give you the coin when I am around, If you don't desire doing it without me there so be It I will seek you out when I get back, The choice is yours.
