Have you had any previous experience in role-playing?: Yes I have, unfortunately the server had become corrupt and my experience was not what I had expected. I am in fact, looking forward to a role-playing server which I can enjoy. As well as experience role playing as it should be.

In your own words, define what the act of role-playing is: Roleplaying is taking something to a whole new level. It consists of extreme realistic acting. To role-play you must take up a role, act it sensibly and stay true to who your new personality is.

In your own words, define what the act of meta-gaming is: meta-gaming is a type of realistic gameplay. As the time is set long before the "players" time, The character you are roleplaying as the character would have no idea of the ways of the present time of the player. To know a new location you must follow someone instead of simply obtaining the co-ordinates from another player. Or even read it somewhere else. For example, it is sharing information to another person when the character has no realistic way of knowing such things. Such as sharing co-ordinates or telling someone how to get past something over skype or foreign communication software such as phones or computer applications etc.

In your own words, define what the act of power-emoting is: Power emoting is to be a sensible gamer as you speak out your actions. A power-gamer is someone who attempts, usually without failure, to gain power over another. When power emoting, if the result becomes inevitable that you will fail, do not power-game. Power emoting is to speak your actions before another player. This is simply another way of role-playing. Power emoting, is when you are roleplaying and you are attempting to achieve something, However the opposite "power gamer" continues to throw down those attempts. For example; "Bowman fires an arrow at the unsuspecting victim" and the opposite player responds with; "Knight dodges arrow and throws spear into the heart of the bowman".

Character Name: Sade Carthos

Character Race: Human

Character biography - Make this at least 2 paragraphs long, which must explain your character’s history, appearance, personality, age and any other details you deem necessary: I come from the lands of Solace, My birthplace. My name is Sade Carthos. I know my mother and fathers names, however they were murdered when I was a young child. I do not remember their faces but I remember their killers face perfectly. His stern face, crooked cheekbones. I would never be so lucky to avenge the death of my family, at least not for many years. I was sent away to Asulon soon after, however, I did not want to leave. It was not my choice. My brother would not let me stay here as long as there was a blade eager to taste my blood. It was lucky he sent me so soon, both my servant and my brother were slaughtered as they slept. Now, I am the last of my bloodline and now a new king rules the throne that my father once sat upon. I fear that if I should return home I will be treated undoubtedly as the rest of my family was.

On my arrival to Asulon I was taken in by a simple farmer and his family. I housed myself under the sturdy roof of a barn. I worked as a farmhand, tending to the animals and working off the land. It was hard work and for 6 years I stayed with my new family. Even though we did not share blood, I loved them as I loved my previous family, and to this very day I know they loved me back. The work made me sturdy, well built and athletic. I did not know much about combat, I remember only vaguely the art of battle that my brother and father once taught me. My hair has grown long and almost reaches the base of my neck. The blonde strands curl at the ends. I could defend my new family from predators. However I could not defend my own father from the illness that took him from me. It was soon after that my half-sister would become ill as my father was. I new I couldn't stay. I took a vow to never rest until my family bee cured from this illness. And so, I traveled far from my home to the unknown land that stretches out before my feet.

What are your characters ambitions?: To avenge the death of his family and find a cure for his new sister and mothers illness.

Is there anything else you would like to say about your character: Sade Carthos is sensitive however he still carries his arrogance that was passed on from his father. Nothing will walk over him, At least, Not without a fight.

Upon entering the Mighty Human City of Arethor, you come across a shop-keeper calling out to sell his wares to passers-by. The shopkeeper is not a Human, he is a poor dwarf looking to make a living in a new city. What is your response? I hear the small mans deep voice call to me. I know my goal is not here with the dwarf, however my thoughts sadden as I notice how desperate he really is. I turn and face the man. I do not stare, nor treat him any disrespect. I have seen his race before, once. Along the road to where I am now. I greet him politely and unfortunately my voice stumbles as it once did as a boy. I repeat my greeting again with a controlled voice. He smiles, "its been a long time since someone decent has responded to me." I look down at my feet and smile, "and I am decent, You would know?" I reply. "Aye, I would assume so lad." I shuffle towards the man and ask; "Can I see your goods?". The dwarfs expression lightens. "as you wish." W

You’re wandering the Oren Road late at night, when a large Orc begins to threaten a nearby dwarf. There is no help nearby, and the situation looks like it will escalate into violence soon, what does your character do?

Whilst walking down the road to Malinor, you stumble upon an old man. His walking stick , looks weak and frail, and just as you are about to ask something, the stick breaks, and the man falls to the ground. As he falls down, a bag of Minas falls to the ground, and splits open. As you watch the multiple coins spill out, you peer down at the defenseless man. What does your character do?: I am surprised to see the old man crumble to the ground. He moans quietly, He stares into my own eyes. I see fear, the same fear I saw in my fathers eyes as he slipped from reality. A pile of Minas has piled at my feet. I crouch down and roll the Minas around in the center of the palm of my hand. The Minas could almost definitely aid me in my quest to find a cure. However I would be committing a felony, Stealing from the weak. I would not do such a thing. I could not. I lay down my own walking stick and scoop the coins up in the hands. The old mans first impression of my actions left him bowing his head sobbing. I Pour the coins into the pouch and lay it in front of him just enough for him to see it. As his head lifts I hold my hand to him. "thankyou" He whispers softly. I help him to his feet and put the stick in his hands. Saying nothing, I turn to walk away but he cries; "wait!" I turn and face him, His free hand extended, holding a singular gem. I smile at his offer. "Be safe, these roads are hard. Keep that purse somewhere hidden." I take the gem from the man and turn to walk away, no more words are spoken and I do not turn back.

After spotting the ork and the dwarf I know that Orc's are excellent warriors and I would be foolish to engage him with nothing but a knife. I stand like still on the road, the Orc's aggresion and the Dwarfs arrogence do not mix, I can see that as long as I stand here and do nothing, the problem will escalate and blood will be spilled tonight. I cautiously step forward and on my first few steps the Orc's head snaps toward me. Staring me down. The Orc speaks a language I do not understand. I stand my ground and say nothing, do nothing. The Orc seems to have become irritated and moves toward me. Before he takes another step I shout out to him; "stay you ground, Orc" He seems to understand my word, However I have no way of knowing if he is startled simply by the way I am responding or not. "I do not know what is going on here, Nor do I want to, You will both carry on your separate paths and speak not of what happened here again." The orc spat at my feet and I tried hard not to show my undoubted fear. The Orc turned and stormed toward the dwarf, growling foreign words toward him before pounding off into the wilderness. The dwarf looked my direction and smirked; "thanks lad. He wont be gone for long though. These roads are dangerous at night, Best be careful." "I will, fear not little friend" With that I crunched along the road passed the dwarf and said no more. I needed off this road, I did not want to stray into another complication like that again.
