History

Angelika Geminine was born in the lands of Varivik, within Asulon, she is the eldest child to Mac Dara & Caecilia Geminine. Mac Dara was the owner of a tavern run by his family, out in the middle of nowhere on some dirt road in Varivik. Angelika was raised like most women, to cook and clean, and eventually be traded off to some man for a dowry. Though as a child she was often interested in other things, which her parents disapproved of, she was often interested in swordplay or other 'boyish' activities. Angel is only known to have a few instances of girly behavior, they are few and far between and often only seen by those she trusts.

Two years following her own birth, her younger brother Ulfr was born. The two often had a love-hate relationship, while angel loved her brother dearly, and would always protect him, they often argued with eachother, and played pranks on one another. Angelika also always maintained somewhat of a resentment for Ulfr, as her father completely forsake her inheritance, and is giving his whole estate to Ulfr. Her second sibling was born ten years following hers, a sister named Freyja. Angelika never really had a good relationship with Freyja, and in fact grew to be extremely spiteful and jealous of Freyja. As Frejya was far more feminine and young, her parents stopped paying much attention to Angelika. Despite being able to love Ulfr regardless of hating him at the same time, Angel was unable to get over disliking Freyja.

Angel began learning to brew alcohols at the age of fourteen, as her fathers apprentice. At that point her father no longer really saw her as his daughter, just that Geminine girl staying in his house. He put her to work brewing, which he would never allow Freyja to do, he did not even allow Caecilia to do 'mans work.' Mac taught her how to make, and distill his own Mac Dara Honey Whisky, so he had more time to do as he pleased. When she was fifteen her father 'sold' her to be the bride of one of Ulfr's friends, which angered her greatly. Angel continued to brew her fathers whisky, pretending as though nothing was wrong, until she was about seventeen. Her fathers inn caught fire, and burned down in a raid from one of the native clans. In the confusion Angelika took her chance, and ran, escaping from her previous life.

After nearly a year of travel around Asulon, the wind blew Angel to the capital of Oren. She looked upon the city, dressed in ragged pants & a shirt. She explored the city, and it did not take long for her to find conversation. She fairly quickly discovered that the Geminines were a noble house in the nation of Oren. She was utterly shocked, especially since after a carriage ride and short walk she found herself at the steps of her families manor, and brewery. She enjoyed her family, befriending the other Geminine teens quickly.

The house's current patriarch, Merek Geminine, asked Angelika if he could arrange her marriage with someone of fitting stature. Although she ran away to escape arranged marriage, she agreed to entertain suitors for Merek. They allowed her to stay in the manor, though gave Angelika no other job, so she felt she must do something to benefit the family. Merek had Baldir Toov find suitors from the order of the White Rose for a couple of the young Geminine women. Angelika was to be courted by Lord Thomas Chivay, and Leric Tresery. In the end Angelika chose to marry Leric, as despite Chivay's higher position, Leric had spent more time with her. She enjoyed jumping off heights into the water with him, and he even forged her custom armor, and taught her to wield a sword.

Eventually Leric breaks the engagement, deciding not to marry Angelika. Angelika spent the next few years kind of aloof, and out of it. She worked as a bannerman for her house for a short period of time, before leaving Asulon. Upon arriving in Kalos she works as a barmaid for House Carrion in Ravens Skull. She eventually leaves this land behind to and moves to Anthos.

In Anthos she searched for her family a while before giving up and moving to Kastoria to run an inn. Angel somewhat enjoyed life in Urguan, but was immensely lonely. One lucky day at the cloud temple she ran into a young man by the name of Alistier Stafyr. After a short discussion the two went of to Schattenburg, to introduce Angel to Edmund Stafyr. After spending a couple of months in relative closeness with each other Angel and Edmund fell in love, and became engaged during the Feldkirch Summer Festival. The two were married, despite Angel being a year older then Edmund, Godwein allowed them to break the rules and marry.

Godwein soon, and sadly passed, passing leadership of the house to Edmund. A few months following Godweins death, and Edmund and Angels first child, Cecilia was born. Named after Angels mother, Cecilia shows Geminine-dominant traits such as brown hair (Shared trait with house stafyr) and Green eyes.

History

The first 80 years: During these young years of Eorlunds life he lived in Kal'Urguan, born and raised. During these 80 years he never went beyond the outer city, far to busy working to keep his family afloat. Eorlunds fascination with axes began in his late 20's, still a 'young' dwarf he was given an axe by his father. To him it symbolized being a true dwarf, everything dwarf was represented in the axe. A sturdy wooden handle, the upper echelon of dwarf society, without it the blade would be useless. The crude iron it was made of, the resolve and strength of dwarf men and women alike. And the fine craftsmanship, the love for mead and fun, the friendly aspect of the dwarfen people. Eorlund loved his axe, and often practiced with it, or even juggled a few of them to show off to friends. Though he was never quite accepted as anything beyond a laborer, he was defiantly part of the militia.

Beyond the destruction of Aegis Eorlund didn't remember all that much about life in Kal'Urguan, though there were a few things. The 1329 Grand tournament where Kjell Ireheart became Grand Champion, that was a sight to see indeed. Kjell was who Eorlund thought was going to win from the first round, and Eorlund was happy to win a few bets among friends. The main thing besides that was the known persistence of the undead to keep the dwarfen people down, and of course the great war. And of course 1345, who could forget that. Kal'Urguan fell to the undead, Eorlund being one of those able to evacuate with his family. Then of course the sailing of to Asulon, Eorlund's father was despaired to be leaving the realm behind.

The Next 100 Years: The last 100 years of Eorlunds life were perhaps simpler, and less involved than the first 80. Eorlund is still fairly 'young' but he enjoys life in the new land. Karik was a nice place to live, he enjoyed it rather well. He spent his free time in pubs, and practicing with his axe, and spent his work time hauling coal and stone out of the ground. He spent plenty of time with his cousin, Bael Tunnelsmasher, who's own parents had died. After living in Karik for 90 odd years, Eorlunds father contracted Grish by eating an animal that had the disease. It wasn't too long before Eorlunds father died, Eorlund was sad, but he realized old men die sometimes, and it was no use fretting over.

Eorlund continued his work as normal, staying out of silly politics, and staying in the pubs. Though it was coming time for Eorland to search for a good woman, he wasn't sure who. Eorland fell for a bar maid in Karik, Heldi, a sweet lass, with even sweeter mead. Sadly, and not only for him but for all dwarfs, Karik was destroyed by dragons but 5 years after his fathers death. Eorlund remembered it well, the running, the screaming. Everyone was frantic, Eorlund got out safe enough, and Bael managed to survive. But his sweet barmaid was trampled to death trying to get out, she just wasn't sturdy enough. Eorlund followed the other dwarfs to another mountain the would carve into, but after being to small for expansion they left once more for Mount Ire.

v________________________________________v
Parents: Unkown, Adopted by Igneberr
Siblings:  N/A

^____________None Player Characters___________^

Children: Gymn, Kaasha, Raaka (If I remember this last one)
Extended Family: Averroa, Husband and Metz'al Lecha
Pet(s):

History

Shalua Kal'en was born in Asulon to two unkown parents. No one really knows what happened to them, whether they were killed, or left her behind, gave her away, or whatever. She traded hands a few times before being left at the Cloud Temple. She was picked up by a friendly elf named Igneberr, who took her in and raised her. Igne was a busy man, and often traveled with the infant Shalua in his backpack.

The two settled on the island of Empyrial, an independent nation of mixed races. Her 'father' eventually came to own the land they lived on, making Shalua the Kha'Pantera daughter of an Elf Lord, in the middle of no where on an island. In time their little haven was formed into a dense Jungle, where the two lived happily together. Shalua was raised to talk and act like a lady, and also hunt like a Kha.

The age of seven was a very eventful year for Shalua, she first laid eyes on her Metz'al Lecha, befriended a few halflings from Varivik, explored the ruins of Kal'Karik with Geminine noble children which Lecha had befriended, and finally was enslaved by Oren slavers. Being highly adventurous at the time she made various trips around Asulon without the permission, or knowledge of Igneberr. She started with her trips to Varivik, where she met two friendly halflings and explored the area with them. On one such exploration she fell from a height within a local cave, breaking her leg.  On another she brought Lecha, and they had their first experience with cake, quickly falling in love with the delicious treat. Years later she would return to fight side by side with Lecha and the inhabitants to defend the settlement from another local clan.

Enjoying her times of adventure with Lecha she followed him to Ildon, and quickly befriended the Geminines and Artorus Elendil, the local count who expressed the desire to open trade with her nation. After some time D'Haran goods were sold in Ildon, and the town quickly became like a second home to her. One of her largest journeys was along with Lecha, and three of the young Geminines. The group traveled aimlessly, looking for an adventure. They came upon the ruins of Kal'Karik, and descended into them. The group made it to a room deep within, where there were still a number of beds, and decided to stay within the old structure for the time. They awoke later to the shaking of the ground, and the crumbling of the surrounding area. A section of the bridge had collapsed, just after the three Geminines had passed it. Shalua was far too afraid to dar jump over the chasm of molten lava, and so Lecha picked her up and helped her cross. After escaping the area the brave group decided to continue, deeper into dwarven lands in search of more adventures. Katie Geminine ended stringing her bow at one point, and accidently released an arrow directly into Shalua's behind. The group carefully pulled the arrow out and decided to return home, after a total of two and a half days.

Shalua's enslavement was a life changing experience for her, and afterwards she was never quite the same. She was minding her own business, playing in cloud temple as she often did. She found the head monk Sahra to be very much like a mother, and the Kha'Phantera monk Raaka to be similar to what her biological father would be like. An orc grabbed her and forced her along with him to Ager, where she was taken to a hidden slave holding beneath the windmill. She was stripped of her clothes and tortured horribly. But remained confident someone would save her. After a few weeks the slaver was sent to sell a slave, but he was tricked and captured by anti-slave activists. While they spent days waiting for his return Shalua tried to scratch away the wool floor beneath her and her cellmate. Eventually a military group of dwarves showed up to rescue a dwarf lady who had been taken, and they freed the others as well. Upon reaching the exit of the windmill Oren guards began to gather to stop the escape, and a few dwarfs stayed to hold them off while the others ran.

Shalua sprinted as fast as she could to the cloud temple, where Sahra healed her wounds from multiple whippings. Afterwards she returned home, a friend of hers came to her, with news that the woman Shalua was imprisoned with had been recaptured, she quickly hired the man to rescue her, sending him off with a couple thousand minas to buy her freedom and bring her to D'Hara, where no slaver could reach them. He returned with the girl, and Shalua arranged for her housing on the green brothers holding, next to her fathers land. The slavers also tried to recapture Shalua, though being wealthy she screamed out when the slavers had her cornered, offering two thousand minas for the death of the slavers. Soon enough people came, forcing the slavers to run.

She was never hunted again, but she was changed. She could no longer sleep on her own, and if Lecha was no with her when she was asleep she became overwhelmed and went into a crying fit. Her adventurous personality was also mostly replaced with extreme caution.

After years of spending time with Lecha, the two discovered the sacred bond of the Metz'al, and pledged to always protect and love each other. At a young age the two also found out about the bond of marriage, and wanted to be married. Shalua's father was strongly opposed to the notion, while the monk Sahra was approving of the idea, having been the one to plant it in their minds in the first place. Sahra was well aware that the two had become eachothers Metz'al and knew marriage was going to happen no matter what Igneberr believed. But still Igne had made Lecha fight him for the right of his daughters hand, and the two could only be married when Lecha could win in a fight. After his first loss Lecha was forbade from trying again until the two were of a more suitable age.

By the time they were roughly fourteen Lecha defeated Igne in a bout, and Igne was forced to accept the marriage. They were married within the cloud temple itself, with Sahra as their priestess. The two built their own house within the treetops of the D'Haran jungle her father owned. By the time the two came into adulthood by the standards of the Kha, Shalua had become pregnant with their first children. Soon she gave birth to the twins known as Gymn and Kaasha, and not too many years later a third named Raaka, after her long dead friend.

History: Velulaei was born to Glylith and Chirr'Siol in the realm of Asulon. His life was an odd one, and his parents equally so. His father an ex-Wizard who fought against the Undead in Aegis, and his mother an Undead Worshipper with a past vastly unkown to him. Igne began training at a very young age, his father first teaching him combat skills at the age of three. From then to this very day Igne has gone through daily training excersizes to keep himself strong. He was first made an honorary member of the sentinels at the age of five, where he often accompanied the group on trainings through the great forest next to the capital. On one occasion the commander had nearly drowned Igne while displaying the new trap he had installed on the bridge to the island.

In a much shorter chapter of Igne's life he spent a time as a female, the result of his mothers experimentation with potions. His father was not very happy about the incident, and it seemingly attributed to Igne's sexuality later in life.

A few years following Igne joined the sentinels officially, and truly began his life as a warrior. One of his first combat experiences was with that of the war uzg nation. Orcs sometimes showed up, and tried to command sentinels around. Igne had gotten into a fight with one, both he and his comrade being defeated and injured. Another instance was when a group of orcs had come to Malinor, and demanded the clothes of one of Ignes companions. Unwilling to stand for it Igne drew his blade, ready to defend his friend. a couple others had joined in, creating a skirmish that had to be broken up by the High-Princess. Igne and his comrades all suffered injuries, and he grew to despise the Uzg nation.

The Celia'Vuln family grew somewhat prominent in Malinor, Glylith came to lead the wardens, and together with Igne they purchased one of the largest Manors in Malinor. Igne turned his room into a large study and library, and the house was decorated with fine artwork over time. They eventually even expanded to include a basement onto the property. Igne and Glyliths combined investment eventuallty being above 25,000 Minas. In the years to come Glylith even ascended to the position of prince, though began to cheat on Ignes mother, causing the beginnings of what would be a chasm between Igne and his father.

Igne's first romance was with a Mali'Ker woman who was quite impossible to read. She had split personalities, and apparently two souls within her. One was calm, quiet, and reserved, while the other seemed to always be watching the first, and was seemingly protective. Igne's friend Tyrian, another mali'ker was supportive of his relationship with the girl, though she appeared to be insane. The three of them traveled to the Mori'Quessir caverns, in search of some adventure. They were unaware of the laws, and were caught in an apparently forbidden section of the city. The three narrowly escaped death, Igne first securing his lovers freedom, then Tyrian talking the Mori into freeing the two of them as well. Igne had a diamond ring forged to propose to his love, though Tyrian and others brought sad news. His love was caught cheating on him with a prince, and so the relation was ended.

In the years to come the relation between Glylith and Igne dwindled. Igne hated Oren, and the war uzg, and saw Malinor as weak for allowing itself to be trampled on by orcs, and corrupt by keeping relations with the evil humans. Many who shared his ideals joined him in plotting to overthrow the princedom, though they lacked a proper leader. Igne knew he was far too young, and his friends lacked the influence and office to be accepted leader of the elves. He pleaded with Glylith to be their leader, who refused and told Igne he was too young to understand the actions of the princedom. This plan eventually faded, as his friend Igneberr had been exiled from Malinor. Igne learned from Igneberr his chance to fight against the evils of Oren, and so joined his friend to defend the crusaders from the teutons.

In the following battle to defend the crusaders remote island, Igne learned his love for engineering. He spent the next few weeks on the island, learning to man the siege weaponry. He was stationed on a rotating cannon, firing at the invading navy, though all knew how horribly outnumbered they were. Charges were set along the walls and as a last measure the crusaders blew the island sky high while jumping from the castle walls into the sea. After returning from the battle Igne was greeted by an unhappy father, who disowned him, seeing Igne as a disgrace to the Celia'Vuln name. Igne spent some time living outside, then with his trainer, a master swordsman, and finally with his best friend Tyrian.

In time Tyrian confessed his love for Igne, and the two resolved to move away to a better home together. They moved to Holm, where they planned to eventually move into a manor. Igne began his proffesion as an engineer, and the two lived happily for some time. Though Igne grew restless, he desired children of his own, and they were both men. Tension built, the two were engaged, though this time Igne could not go through with it. Following the death of Holms king Igne left Tyrian, feeling horrible but somewhat better. He went to his father, and asked for his name back, which he was given, and then continued to live on alone.
