The story of Lars begins on a cold autumn day. Son of his father Butos, a wool merchant who traveled where the price of wool was highest and the greatest demand, he was always accompanied by his son. Lars never met his mother, who died to give birth to him, during the caravan journey to the city of Ves. Lars's childhood had been marked by a just but strict father in imparting a good education to his only son. "Words are stones" Butos was always repeating as he scolded me for a poor work or study performance. "It is up to you to choose with which stones you intend to build the foundation that one day will have to support the man you will be." He always added just before he left me to my manners. When he was eighteen, Lars was left to explore the world as he pleased, free to form an idea of what his future should be. During this time he was able to get in touch with different realities of the realm of men. On his long journey of self-discovery, Lars saw that the nobility was contain the true human potential that only merchants and free men were not subjected to an oath of knightly loyalty, as his father and he could make them shine. Since then, he has traveled the lands of Arcas in search of a place with men who have similar ideals to his own.
