genuine question not trying to be passive aggressive or start drama. legitimately curious. why is it not considered metaplay or against the rules when the pontiff is able to decree things and make decisions while banned and incapable of doing things irply but other leaders such as NLs, military leaders, coven leaders, etc etc can’t do the same? what makes the position of pontiff so different in that regard?
