Second question; Would having no application but instead a waver that has no invasive questions and only needs to be posted (accepted upon posting) be better than VA's? Or do you just want them gone.
Gone. Rather then going for the easier option for the staff with VAs that remove roleplay from the players, stop them being lazy and get them to enforce blacklists which are perfectly viable.
