So tomorrow my state, NC, will be voting to ratify an amendment to the state constitution. The amendment stipulates that "marriage between one man and one woman is the only domestic legal union that shall be valid or recognized in this state." Hope it's voted against.

To answer your question, people get so butthurt is because it's unnatural thus unacceptable to society. No one thinks that people choose to be gay. It's mostly a factor of how they were raised. But really, it's their lives. But at the rate we're going, I won't be surprised if by 2100 mariage between animals and humans will be legal in the US.

I love how people that are affected by a debilitating illness are running around seemingly healthy yelling "Spread the taint!" Very unrealistic if you ask me.

Well, having to substitute for my old chorus teacher as she was sick yesterday. Was pretty fun and very nostalgic~

With my Character Rilath dead, Shade magic has ended. Him being the last full shade alive, he was the only person that could teach any of his apprentices how to control their magic and to keep it from consuming them. If you were an apprentice of his, your Shade powers should slowly weaken and dwindle away until they are gone.

Pretty much gone forever unless someone decides they would like to redo them. No offense to anyone, but it seems everyone that gets Shade magic uses it for their own gain and never to enhance the RP. Which is why I created it in the first place. But if someone does want to start it up, ask my permission, rewrite the lore in your own words and RP WELL! I will oversee your group OOCly if you decide to make one.

Back from D.C. Was pretty fun actually. Stayed in a beautiful hotel. My uncle got me into the pentagon and, wait for it, I shook the president's hand^^ Pretty Baws.
