You should involve a mad scientist of sorts, he treats the maze as a test. It could be filled with traps, etc. Like a mix of Saw, Maze Runner, and the hunger Games. I would gladly be the mad scientist.

Luckily, she has her mother’s traits when it comes to drinking ale, taking it slow and steady. Adelina is much like a foil of Redbain. Where Redbain rushes ahead bravely, Adelina thinks. Where Redbain would get himself sickly drunk, Adelina would remain sober. Where Redbain would gladly take food from strangers, Adelina proudly turns away and hunts her own. However, Redbain easily falls in love and is often loyal. Adelina fears both, but, eventually, will feel a sense of loyalty. She has only one love, and it’s not her father. Her passion is her fighting, which is the one thing her and her father can relate about. That, and they worship the same god, Kormir, god of the golden sun.
