I disagree with it too, but Danny is doing what he has to to avoid lawsuits. A lawsuit would bankrupt this server and then there would be no role-play whatsoever.
A lawsuit hasn't come in the 1 and a half years I've been on the server, and I rather doubt one will suddenly pop up. All we need is a disclaimer telling nine year olds to stay off the server. Oh wait, they can't pass application anyway.
