  1. [We got links on this thread but sadly we haven't been able to have something that is available in minecraft. Without a shop plugin or "bookshelf" plugin like we had before, its difficult to have books to the public without people just taking them. http://www.lordofthecraft.net/topic/100933-the-order-of-remembrancers/ ]
  2. Ognar Grimaxe and Aleksis Grandaxe are both out of the running for seats as Remembrancers due to failure of notice. -High Remembrancer, Bazian Grandaxe
  3. [such nostalgia hearing what it's like, in another person's point of view, first seeing the server.]
  4. Bye bye danny, sucks to see you go...

  5. [i think we need our environment to have less of the large pretty trees that no one wants to mess with, and more of the minecraft generated ones. Not completely, just more.]
  6. [This is alright. My final decision will not be that day.]
  7. [As a "not in the loop human" I haven't heard or seen anything with the rebellion or even know one is going on if not for the forums.]
  8. [Well, do you want to keep your thread up? I'm not gonna ask it to be removed if at least one person wants it up. lol.]
  9. Bazian looks over the applications and posts notices in the halls of Kal'Ithrun. As for Fimlin Grandaxe and Aldal Ireheart Storhammer you will need to be taught in the skilled art of deep Remembrance before you may become full fledged Remembrancers. If you wish to continue your studies with the Remembrancers, you must first become a pupil to one of the Remembrancers. Give time for this to happen, the first five are finding they're way. As to Bael Tunnelsmasher. You may attend the meeting along with the other Remembrancers to secure your spot in the runnings. Be at Kal'Ithrun at the temple. [2pm Est Sat.] -High Remembrancer, Bazian Grandaxe
  10. LotC can do with another one of these to explain our complicated world to new players.

    1. Tethras

Agreed, if only I could +1 this status.

    2. Lord of the Nublets
  11. LotC, your doing something right. Got 100+ people on again during the weekdays. :D

  12. Have it right after the Dwarven King's coronation at 3pm Est of Saturday.
  13. Bazian creepily speaks from behind him, in a very old manish creepy way. "It is your book.. it is your book.. it is your book.." Coughs, "It is all our book m'King. Th' problem is, we 'aven't been usin' it."
  14. Bazian walks into the unfurnished halls of Kal'Ithrun. Feeling the walls, he pictures how the room will be setup once dug. Six lads walk in, each carrying an enormous book, two to each. They set them down on makeshift pedestals as Bazian opens one of them. The front glimmers with text set in gold. It reads, "Kron Eron Grudge." Which translates to "Book of Grudge." He opens it reading the grudges set by the dwarves of old. Although it seems to stop at a point in time and is seldom used. This saddens the old dwarf, wanting the tradition to continue. He instructs the dwarves to set it out in the open, so that the public can view it for a few days. -The Book of Grudge- Below the book, a note reads. To all current and former members of the Remembrancers. I call ye to a meeting. This meeting will occur exactly one elven hour before the coronation of our new Grand King. [2pm Est on Sat.] If you cannot attend, send me notice or face reentry into the Order. Any others that wish to join the Order may come but be warned that we restrict our numbers to only five Remembrancers at any given time. I wish ye good travels and that Ogradhad guide ye. -High Remembrancer, Bazian Grandaxe
  15. Pats his son on his head. "Last of me own line, best get ye leardt 'n th' ways ov Blackaxes, eh? Ah'll teach ye everytfin' laddie."
  16. As you walk the halls of Kal'Ithrun the scribblings of quill against paper can be heard. You, seeking the knowledge of dwarves follow the sound until you find yourself in a massive arched passage into a hall stacked on each side with shelves upon shelves with books. Here you find yourself overwhelming with where to begin. Down the hallway there a few elderly dwarves at work that would gladly answer any questions you have. Now, where to begin... -=The Library=- Dwarven History The Great Collapse The History of The Ironborn The Blood Age History of Kal'Alras The Fall of Kal'Bryst The History of The Grandaxe Clan Tunnelsmasher Tome Findings of Dervas Culture The Battle of Snow Dwarven Lore Ancient Dwarven Language Concerning Mountain Chickens Mountain Dwarves The Plight of the Forest Dwarf Dwarven Scriptures The Dwarven Religion The Proverb of Greed Tales of Dwarves Annals of the Dwarves Paragon Kjell's Story Frey Upon the Hill Th' Beast Ov Th' Forest The Voyage Tales and Legends Ondnarch Mushroom Folk Histories of other Lands The Phoenix Revolution History of Hanseti I The Winterfell Journal The Destruction of Aegis History of Halflings History of Snowy Fields Writings of Other Lands Pursuit of Immortality Map of Anthos _____________________________________________________________________ -=The Remembrancers=- Max seated is 5 Bazian Grandaxe [TEEbrown] The High Remembrancer Onar Stormhammer [Kowaman] Farren Starbreaker [Tethras] Dominic Irongut [doom6153] Dun Irongut [blackhawk77g] -=Honored Remembrancers=- Kirrekith Braveaxe "Founder, Elf-friend" Kilgrim Irongut "Oldest dwarf, First Dwarven Mage" Wulfric Grandaxe _____________________________________________________________________ As you peer past the iron bars that block the way into the Remembrancer's studies, you can see three books set on three separate pedestals. Each of these books stand about half the size of a full grown dwarf on it's own. The words of the books are of the old dwarven language, written as it is tradition to do so. These volumes are kept in the chambers of the dwarven lords and are kept on a twenty-four hour guard. For a dwarf to enter writing into one of these books, said dwarf must gain the permission from a dwarven lord first. -The Book of Grudge- -The Book of Law- -The Book of History-
  17. Is it just me, or does the server keep crashing people?

  18. "Dis guild 'as come ah lon' way since th' gold tooff'd Goldhands ov Kal'Alras. Keep it up!"
  19. This would be a nice project if our populations could feasibly fit in the city and keep RP flowing. Sadly it is not, so we must keep to a small, compact city design in my opinion. Although... it would be nice to have another "deeproads" design like we had in Kal'Azgoth. Something for the dwarves to explore and possibly, keep our mines?
  20. This is an activity check for this clan. If there are any active members, now is the time to speak up. If not, I will ask to have this thread archived in the great library. This is to allow easier accessibility for the new dwarves looking to join an active clan. The link to the archived thread link will be kept in a new "Dead/Inactive Clans" section on the main thread for lore purposes.
