    I won't deny you on the basis of the fact there were very little northern 'cities', moreso, there were settlements.     I'll explain the reason for your denial, shortly: Although you may disagree with the rule regarding player races/lore restrictions, they are in place for a reason. Your writing was very well done, but it needs to abide LOTC lore. I encoruage you to reapply within the bounds of our lore.

RP fighting is like follows: *swings at <such and such>* *narrowly dodges out of the way, letting his knee rise up, and kick, such and such* And so on.     Your application is fantastic, and I would note that (as per my assumption V.I.A PM) SS13 counts as roleplaying. The only earnest issue I had was bio length, but that alone is not reason enough to deny.
