Your Application has sadly been DENIED! This app is so close to acceptance, however I feel a few changes could be made. Let me just walk you through a few suggestions so the next app you post will be worthy of acceptance! Firstly, your meta-gaming definition and power-emoting definition are slightly off. I suggest you familiarize yourself with the definitions that I'll link below. Remember to read these definitions and put them into your own words- plagiarizing on LoTC is not allowed whatsoever! META-GAMING DEFINITION POWER-EMOTING DEFINITION Secondly, your biography needs expanding and corrections. I suggest you look at the WIKI and incorporate more server lore- as in locations, history, creatures, etc. As well, Elves have an odd aging process. Due to them being immortal, maturing to "18" as a Human would, should take 50 years. I suggest you change the ages of your parents to 50+, as well change your character's age to 30+. Remember to be creative in your biography. Thirdly, add onto your personality traits, ambitions, strengths/weaknesses. Make them interesting, as well relate them to your biography (as in: if your character was bitten by a dog as a child, he would have a fear of dogs, which is a weakness). Remember to be creative in this part of the application. Fourthly, please try and find a larger image of your skin so that I could see its details. Also, add a screenshot of your skin's backside. However, I feel your meta-gaming definition could be expanded upon and drastically improved. I'll link you to the meta-gaming definition again. Remember, it is vital to put this definition into your own words! META-GAMING Secondly, your biography is extremely cliché and doesn't make much sense. I suggest you go with a creative back-story, one that doesn't involve your parents being murdered and your character having the motive to act out revenge. Be creative, surely your parents will die at some point, but it is unlikely for them to die whilst your character is such a young age. Like I said, be creative, go back to the drawing board, and think up a new back-story which is non-cliché. Thirdly, please expand on your personality traits, ambitions, strengths, and weaknesses. Add more in, make some interesting. Remember, it is ideal for your weaknesses to outweigh your strengths, however by not that much! If you need any help whatsoever, I am a message away. Give me a story that explains your character's past, what he did as a child and what might have happened whilst growing up, what he now does in his adult life- be creative! The 'BIOGRAPHY' section appears as so: Biography (Please make it a decent two paragraphs long. Remember to add three references to the server lore.): (where does your character come from?; where have they traveled to?; what year were they born in? et cetera.) I also suggest you take your time to expand further on your definitions. Add more detail into them, make them much more clear so I could fully understand them. Remember to refrain from plagiarizing! I absolutely agree. Completely agree. Although I do not agree with creating a single "tree" for mages, and allowing them to learn branches. Such as dark arts, etc. Okay... Let me expand on that: no, I don't want more subtypes to be condensed into one large tree. I merely agree with how the LT see magic lore, they look for things that aren't similar to one another. Magic should be considered upon quality and possibility- not whether if some attributes to the magic mimic another. However, yes, a magic should be denied if it fully mimics another.

Please edit the fix the following problems by utilizing the 'EDIT' feature: Firstly, your meta-gaming and power-emoting definitions could be slightly better. Please refer to these two links. These links will give you the definitions of what meta-gaming and power-emoting are. Please put these definitions into your own words, do not copy/paste the definitions! (I will know if you do!) META-GAMING POWER-EMOTING Secondly, to be a Halfling you have to have a Halfling mother and a Halfling father. If you had an Elf and a Human you'd merely be half-elf half-human. If you want to be a Halfling I suggest you adjust your back story so that you were born to Halfling parents. However, if staying as a half Elf half Human is okay with you, then I suggest you do. Thirdly, please change your biography so that it excludes the cliche of having "trolls" or "orcs" murdering your family. Make something origional, something tat would catch my eye. Your mother can still die if you wish, however make it an unlikely event (fatal accident, murdered by close friend, lost somewhere beyond the reaches of civilization).
