If the owner responds with the papers below, then simply send them to me, Lithren, and I shall be present when you open the door to insure you are the owner. The paintings of the place are below, please look them over. If the owner does not respond, is dead, or otherwise will not want this place, I will have men tear the single iron door off its hinges, and take it for myself, or perhaps just give it to one of the Major Nations in which these notices hang. If the paintings are too crowded with snow, I will be happy to wait until it stops snowing, and paint new ones.
