Hey people, I used to play LoTC about 2 years ago, and quit shortly after working on the 3.0 map due to real life responsibilities. I just wanted to gauge the community to see what the state of the server is, and to determine whether or not I should return. How good is the consistent server population? Are there lots of people in a few locations or are they spread out across a bunch of different towns? Also what have there been any systems implemented to facilitate combat? I remember that RPing combat was rather difficult due to the tendency of everyone to powergame in subtle ways, when this probably could have been prevented through some kind of DnD esque combat dice system. Also, what sort of opportunities are there for a player starting out brand new? I recall it was pretty difficult to get a footing when just joining the server. If someone could answer these questions I would be very grateful! Max

Lovely. Using voxelsniper may not be beyond executing a few simple commands and clicks, but you put land formations together nicely.
