Lorethos contemplates the situation silently, wondering if he has any place to talk. Eventually, his sometimes hidden pompous arrogance takes over him, and he somehow finds an excuse to exchange words with men far more powerful, and far more important than he. He clears his throat, his hand drifting over the map.

I would suggest Edwin be permitted to reconstruct Riven regardless of whom takes the land.
