Quincy, currently a Dedicant of the Druidic Order, has been given his Grand Task. The final task before a Dedicant becomes a full druid. The teenage, ridiculously handsome but completely oblivious boy has decided that, in place of his original plan to scatter the hairs of the old High Prince's beard over the lands, he will do what he can to help the people of Asulon solve the issue with the sickness that pervades the deathly airs. Miasma comes to his attention. He'd felt it before when he was very little, the choking feeling. If such terrible thing could move through the air, why wouldn't other terrible things? But Quincy is not a chemist or a doctor, he's a Dedicant. He may be guided by an Arch Druid, but he's completely oblivious to most things, no matter how obvious they seem. However, Quincy has put his focus towards the Plague. He knows the damage to the land it does, and he knows as a Dedicant it is his duty to do what he can. He knows also that the Subudai are accused of bringing it to these lands, and he knows if that is the case, the Subudai must be immune to it. He vigorously writes letters, sending them off to chemists and priests and others, as well as the Subudai. He posts copies of the letter on every notice board he can find, sneaking by quarantined borders to risk his own infection. PEOPLE OF ASULON The plague strikes us all. It will not die out as other diseases though, it spreads no matter how many people produce cures for it. The only remaining option is to gather all of the minds whom know of the Plague and attempt to work together and formulate a cure, or a treatment. This is an invitation to all chemists, mages, monks, alchemists, hermetics, scholars, doctors, and the Subudai. Any whom are interested send I, Quincy, a bird. I am often in the Druid's Grove near Solace. We will set a date and time for the meeting, and hopefully we will be able to establish a facility to study the disease. Difficult to get people to play the subservient role sometimes, but yeah, this would be nice too xP

Lorethos sighs gently. "If people learned to speak with others privately on matters such as these they may be salvageable. When I saw issues with Salvus, I went to Dawn and her other officers many times over before I acted. His Majesty Godfrey is the rightful King of True Oren, and all humans. Seventis being a human nation, I saw fit to give His Majesty the crown."

There is much opportunity to be had in the noble houses of the Orenian Empire. Salvus, Seventis and Renatus. My own house is only accepting members under special circumstance, and since I don't know you very well it wouldn't be fair to others to trust someone so easily with it. However, I'm sure your abilities as a roleplayer would be recognized by, say, House Elendil or House Tarus.

((With Solace deserted, we can get some of the people who didn't have nations to conform and help contribute to development. There are many places to go. Malinor, Renatus, Karik, Hanseti, Alras. Despite what many may thing, the loss of Solace is best for the server as a whole. No more siphoning population.))

The AIC is more of a way for a few people that the server doesn't mind to all sit in a skype chat, talk over and develop ideas, and then present them as a team. LotC is a beautiful server. Yes, we wait for Vaq a lot. But considering the work he does, we should give him the benefit of the doubt. Though I agree that we should have a code-team perhaps headed by Vaq instead of solely relying on him. I appreciate your opinion, but disagree with it's objective validity.

Lorethos grunts, looking about the empty city. "I ended the death here. No one murders in the streets anymore. No one dies or finds themselves tortured by corrupt guards. Salvus soon falls under the folds of True Oren. Fear not, His Majesty King Godfrey will see Salvus' revival as it's King, as he did with Renatus."

A notice lays upon the proper section of the notice board in Arethor. On the top right corner is the Flay sigil of a flayed man. On the top left corner is the Basileus sigil of a shield, sword, and crescent moon. "People of Renatus, rejoice! Yet more beauteous celebrations await our glorious people. Count August Flay of House Flay is to wed Lady Mayethill Basileus, cousin to Count Lorethos Basileus. Joy fill the hearts of the engaged and their families. ((Yesssss)) Count Lorethos Basileus stands before his bannermen, being sure they are suited for combat. He grunts under the weight of his blackened armor decorated with the Basileus sigil on his chest plate. A shield with a vertical sword pointrd down, crossed midway down the blade by a horizontal crescent moon. "I may be naive to the ways of noblemen, but I know war. We shall purge these leeches, in the name of His Majesty and Horen and God!"

Lorethos chuckles and waves his stave about in dismissal.

Lorethos nods gently to Godfrey. "Quite holy of you, Your Majesty. Many men would not be so generous..." He sits back his chair having little more to say. He's glad he may be able to fill his coffers a bit, he's been running low on funds. He doesn't have the luxury of ruling a Kingdom from which he can draw wealth.

Lorethos scratches his head at the sketch. "Vor'Kalan's son?" He slaps a note onto the board. "10,000 Minas"

"Regarding the reparations for war, King Edwin. You set aside funds for all except for Renatus. No doubt this is because Renatus' reperations consist of all of Salvus' land, yes? I only wish to clarify."

((Aryon is right, there are many.)) A letter comes bearing the seal of House Basileus, a shield and sword down the middle of it with a horizontal crescent moon. "My friend- If you truly desire to help the people of Asulon, the best way to do so is through joining other groups, not establishing another. I am seeking bannermen for my House of Renatus. It includes pay, housing, arms and armor, and so on.
