Well that was one of the most badass conversations I've ever seen, I would not be surprised if the hacker pissed his pants. Anyway, from what I know of Hyperion and the conversation above, I believe he is innocent. Tying up or not, I do not believe he did the crime. However, I know this is the second incident and I feel that he cannot be trusted with forum security if his irl friends are able to access his computer.
