And in a battle situation? As if, as you say it is a radius area of effect. When in a battle situation and there are maybe 5 snow elves, it could hit as many as 20 people for 5 seconds. That's not insignificant.

How is this fair?

Obviously I haven't seen what this buff actually is because im not a snow elf so I don't know exactly how it works beyond what im told.

Please tell me how blindness and slowness to enemies works with snow elven lore. If they can't do it in rp then why the **** can they do it in pvp?
