The New Norwegian Kingdom -Oslo- The New Norwegian Kingdom agrees to commence trade with the inhabitants of the Bismarck, and will send ships with wood, charcoal and fish regularly in exchange of steel scrap metal and if possible, info on this mysterious nuclear reactor on board. -Bodø- The corvette in Oslo, who had now been joined with the merchantile vessel originally headed for Iceland, loaded up with scrap steel and headed for home. Once back at the capital, the Norwegians would start their 2nd attempt at a pressurized chamber for dive repairs, using the stronger steel aquired from trade with the Bismarck. The process of picking and splitting the stronger and better conserved scrap steel from the weaker more rusty one which would be sold on to the people in Bodø. This separating and fusing into better and tougher steel would take 2 months ((1 page)) and the actual construction of a new pressure chamber of the steel would take another two months ((1 page)). Another 1 year ((6 pages)) project is also started, the construction of a coal generator plant, which would be burning the area's abundance of wood and thus also charcoal and supplying the Kingdom with power.

The New Norwegian Kingdom -Oslo- A lifeboat is lowered from the side of the corvette, and a group of 5 is in it. The new captain, who had instructed his most trusted officer and friend to take command of the ship and open fire if they do not hear anything from the group going over to the Bismarck within 45 minutes. He is escorted by 4 skilled navy men, equipped with good semi-auto rifles. They push away from the ship's hull, and head towards the Bismarck. If taken in peacefully, they would start negotiatioting and enquiring what this city is and where it came from or if it might want a peaceful unity into their Northern safe-haven. Back on the corvette, the cease-fire is used to begin repairs on the hole in the hull, repairs being low-quality and rushed, though better than nothing. -Bodø- The construction of the pressurized chamber and deep sea diving suits is finished, and a fishing trawler modified with a wince and other equipment for deep sea repairs set out for the rig. Once there, the two divers go down into the darkness and study the drill's damage. A small part seems to have cracked and almost broke in half, and the divers get back into the chamber and resurface, reporting by radio back to Bodø what part was needed. A quick half-sailing, half-motor boat is sent out with the part and within a couple hours the divers go back down and initiate the repairs. It is not sure if the repairs would be successful as the diving gear has not been tested much and because the knowledge on the oil rig is limited.

The New Norwegian Kingdom - Short Update As the fighting breaks out between the Bismarck and the Norwegian corvette, the 2nd in command becomes captain in mere seconds as the bullet slams into the previous captain's cranium. He goes into cover to avoid being taken out as well, and starts coordinating the surprised crew. Semi-auto rifles are passed along and crewmembers are ordered to concentrate fire on the small cannon and bridge of the carrier, whilst a group of 3 rushed to man the 75mm cannon on deck, an electric buzz sounds as the big turret swings around and takes aim at the carrier bridge. The cannon only has two crates of shells and is old, yet the visual effect of having a 75mm cannon's muzzle pointed at them would be enough to thoroughly intimidate anyone aboard the carrier. A message booms from the corvette's speakers: "Cease fire immediately! We mean no harm and were unaware of your presence, yet should you continue your fire we will be forced to respond with heavier hardware." Meanwhile, up North in the capital, King Olav VI ponders on how to deal with the repair of the oil rig's drill, when an old man, having heard of the discovery, seeks his audience. The man tells of how he remembers a technology used a long time ago on oil rigs for exactly the kind of repairs the Kingdom was facing. It involved a pressurized chamber that was lowered deep into the water and had a hole in the bottom, yet the area inside the chamber did not fill with water because of the air within it. Inside, one or two divers in heavy metal suits were seated, and once deep enough, they would get out and conduct the repairs. Sure enough, after a bit of a dit around, a Royal scientist finds a book depicting and describing this method. Construction of such a chamber and two deep sea suits begin, and hopefully The New Norwegian Kingdom would soon possess the precious black gold again.

The New Norwegian Kingdom The construction of Bodø is finished, mainly consisting of big wooden houses for one or more families in suburban outer areas of the city, and sturdy apartment complexes of stone and cement in the center. It includes a Royal Palace, a town hall and several other governmental buildings. The corvette sent for scavenging radios back to the capital, reporting of the Bismarck aircraft carrier, and King Olav VI is extremely pleased. The corvette ties up to the Bismarck, and starts to haul it back towards Bodø, hugging the Norwegian coast as they steam North. The merchantile vessel that was sent to Iceland is given new orders by radio, and it turns around a few nautical miles from Iceland, and steams to intercept the corvette hauling Bismarck, it's goal to meet up and help with the hauling. Several teams in small boats set out from Bodø, their instructions clear. King Olav VI was determined to acquire fuel for the nation, to use on the newly found Bismarck and other naval units or military vehicles. The teams search areas known to have housed intense oil drilling and many rigs before, searching rigorously for any remains that could be used, hopefully an oil rig, but also looking for more detailed maps of where oil is located, to maybe build an oil rig themselves, then move it to drill oil, although the rig would be small and primitive. Word of the Neo-Swedish Kingom reaches King Olav VI, and he sends a radio message directed personally to the new Queen of Sweden. He inquires if she is of the true Swedish royal family, and points towards the fact that is she is, they would be related, although distantly. He also proposes a trade agreement and a defensive alliance for the good of the two re-born Scandinavian countries.

The New Norwegian Kingdom After the worldwide floodings, the Norwegian government, like so many others, collapsed. The nation had fallen into chaos and rag-tag groups had fought for dominance of big regions of the country in guerrila-like warfare. Though as food and supplies began to ran out, the fighting had slowed and grinded into a halt, there was no need to kill anymore, for the people died in swarms by themselves from the unsanitary conditions and lack of food and other resources. Though as the people entered a sort of renaissance as the conditions improved, they looked to a leader, someone who could lead them through the rebuilding of their nation, so that they could rise and live again as they once had in the "Golden Era", as had been nicknamed the 21st century, where the average European citizen's life had been filled with everything they might request, from endless electricity to low-cost global travelling aboard luxurious jets, flying over whole oceans in mere hours. This leader was found in the last heir to the Norwegian throne, a bloodline that had miraculously survived through a distant cousin of the last king, Harald V. He chose the name King Olav of Schleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg-Glücksburg VI. The Schleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg-Glucksburg family is closely related to many of the previous European nations' monarchs, such as the Swedish, Belgish, Danish and English royal families, and although it is uncertain if any of these families or countries still exist, it is thought to be useful in future diplomatic negotiations. The capital of the New Norwegian Kingdom is decided to be Bodø, because of it's protection due to various fjords and because of it's proximity to the massive Lofoten area, which not only houses vast resources of fish and sea creatures for food, but is rumored to have oil, though the knowledge of where to drill has been long lost since the end of the "Golden Age". Another reason is because of it being a major base for the Norwegian Armed Forces previously, and houses a nearby airbase which may prove to hide left behind military equipment. A rusty corvette also is anchored in the harbour, which will prove to be very useful. Re-construction of the city begins, and King Olav VI orders the construction of a somewhat luxurious palace for himself, and there is plenty material and man power for it too. Almost everyone partakes in the construction, and the forests are bristling with trees after the long period of no human activity and plentiful water. King Olaf VI also sends out a scavenging party to the nearby airbase, and the corvette is loaded up with what fuel is available, the main transport being horses anyways, and is ordered to sail along the coast to Bergen, then Oslo, and then to look at the Swedish South coast. The navy's second ship, a small merchantile ship with some light cannons mounted on it, is set the task of heading to Iceland, to also scavenge and seek possible new allies and trade partners. ((I'm not sure how the scavenging works, so I'm just gonna ask you mods to decide if I find anything. Also, to Digital RPing Iceland, and Bickando RPing Sweden, if you want to RP spotting and meeting the Corvette and Merchantile ship, respectively, feel free to do so.))

Yeah, population assignment would be good. Simple and power gaming avoided.

I don't see why you'd need to re-apply, once you're in, you're in. I've taken a small break from the server myself so I won't be able to fill you in on the most recent events, but I'll be glad to start playing again now you're back. Mainly there's been a bunch of evil attacks and consequences, and some changes to VAs and the magic system, but there's tons more too.

You better not come back acting all depressed on me! When do you reckon you'll have your minecraft fixed up or whatever so you can play?

((Continue the rebellion to create rp. Use the stated complaints in this post to improve it, like put up propaganda posters in rp saying what you wish to accomplish and re-do if the rebellion's succesful, and other things that will gain the rebellion supporters or make it more solid. It seems like some fun rp too, so just go through with it, whether it fails or not.))

Ignis thinks he'll go as a tiger then remembers he is a tiger already and goes off to think of other types of masks and costumes.
-
Ignis' eyes closed as well, snoring lowly as the tail stopped waving and he rested with Z'ress half-atop him.
-
The tiger purred loudly, yawning and lying down lazily, preserving energy by instinct, waving his tail at Z'ress' face by accident as he lay his head between his two front paws.
-
The tiger was momentarily distracted as a small bird landed in front of them, a happy scene... but his keener hearing made the sound of the bird annoying like a nail on a whiteboard, and he twitched slightly, then again... Then he breathed in deep... The roar that followed was purely meant to scare away the bird, but it was fierce and echoed across the woods... The air was filled with the sound of flapping wings as hundreds of birds fled in unison. Then the forests fell silent for all the animals had gone, and Ignis went back to sit there as if nothing happened, satisfied with the silence.
-
The tiger snapped towards the feeling of someone touching his fur, but calmed as he saw it was only Z'ress. He breathed silently, enjoying the petting as he stared at the sunrise, the orange flow of light from the sun matching his fur as it reflected in his eyes. ((apologies if no fancy colour, but I'm on mobile :P))
-
Seeing the two converse calmly, the tiger's growl dies down and he goes back to sitting there, twisting his head towards the sounds of the forest, right ear twitching once in a while as a sound was uncomfortable or intriguing, ignoring the two.
-
The orange beast drags the meat over to him with a paw clumsily, and leaves it to be next to him. He sits up and watches, waving his tail lazily like a flag on a windy day, first studying Z'ress, then seeing Rathina. His blank expression quickly changed to a more contrasted one, as a low growl was let out. He saw Rathina as a threat, above as if to jump down and attack, he'd seen the human beings' steel claws that they held in their hands...
-
The tiger approaches the meat carefully and slowly, growling playfully in response, dragging the meat away to a corner where he goes at it, paws atop to keep it in place as his big fangs tear at it silently, too busy to notice Z'ress' sister.
-
The "big kitty" suddenly got up and started walking in circles silently around Z'ress, pale eyes stuck on her, staring like teacher when he's asked a pupil a question. He was awaiting what the next move may be, to see what sort of being this were. Despite the tense atmosphere, the tiger looked calm, he didn't consider something of that small size a threat.
-
The tiger of name Ignis moved silently through the brush outside Malinor, shoulderblades rising and falling as he moved his front legs. His snout expelled hot air and breathed in cool one in exchange as he sniffed by instinct. Suddenly, the fluid motion stopped as he jerked his head up. There was a new smell, something non-animal, yet... the humanistic being had a main scent of a superior minded being, but it was covered in another scent of wilderness, sweat and dirt. Carefully, the movement of the tiger continued, but this time for the new scent. As he emerged out of a bush into the opening which was Z'ress' camp, he moved accross it, orange fur vividly lightened up by moon light, as the pale green eyes scanned Z'ress, apparently sleeping on a primitive mat. The orange figure moved towards her, and stood above the lain down figure, only sign of his presence detectable the hot air expelled onto her face as the the tiger stared, the tip of his snout mere centimeters from her face... ((First, this is impressive and a good read! Second, I'm rather bored (as you can probably tell from the length of this) and I'm open to some forum rp :P
