  1. Already making a new character again ey? I knew you'd miss the dwarves. Make a dwarf char, their community seems to know you ;) Come to visit me anytime in Alras!

  2. (I'm trying to decide if my new character should be a Human or a Dwarf.)
  3. (As I always say. "Rp is Rp" And, I will be moving on from this character. He was short lived, yes, but such is life)
  4. Anyone who knew that the Elf had went to The Vale, would realize that Damen was taking an awfully long time to return, and his belongings were still there, also. Instead of returning, the elf was, in fact, dead. His body, on the dinner table of a Kharajyr was being devoured. An Elf that had only wanted to find his place in life, was ended before he even lived. (Proof of the Rp event of death)
  5. Hey, Mister High Prophet Man! The Religious Rp that we are having in Private Messaging is to be included IG, right?
  6. Sitting upon the fountain curb, watching Jiraiya setting up the flyer, the Elf frowned, shaking his head as he kept silent. An expression of disappointment plagued the face of Damen as he continued to bite into an apple.
  7. Reading the Notice upon the Board, the Elf frowned as he saw no opening for Lumber, but he knew he was going to comment on it, anyways. So, taking a sliver of coal from his satchel, he took a sheet of finely crafted wood pulp and nailed it under. "I, Damen, Resident of the Irongut District, have noticed that this only calls for mining. Do the gods not require their followers to gather anything but Stone and materials of the ground? I ask this, because I was just allowed access to the Lumbermill by Hiebe, and am wondering if it is even needed right now. If wood is not needed, I am willing to try my hand at any other jobs that be needed." Smiles hopefully before walking away, heading up to finish with the Lumbermill.
  8. Well, as always, My "aggressive" stat of Ax Mastery is for Display only and killing beasts at night. I never PvP unless completely necessary, aka a four person battle or above. As I never PvP even if the single person I am Rping with PvP's me without reason.
  9. Having come back with a smile, the Elf took Aengoth's lead and, pulling a sliver of coal from his satchel, wrote his name on the Parchment. Damen Lumberjack- Though, if needed, I am a fast learner.
  10. Turning to the touch on his shoulder, the Elf smiled and chuckled at Bael's offer. Setting his stuff down to take a break, he would wipe the sweat from his brow while slowly shaking his head. "Bael, I really do appreciate the offer...But...I don't want to have any special treatment that the others do not receive, as well. With the upcoming need of Lumber, I know that I will be getting a taste of all of the nature that I can swallow. But, I will keep that in mine. Maybe you can fashion me a little Halfling hole in the top of the mountain!" He said, laughing at the thought.
  11. The previous two letters having been torn down, a fresh parchment had been neatly hammered into the Board. "My friends, I have been a fool. For it took me nearly a year away from this city to realize the truth. The longer I stayed away, the more I thought of the dwarfs. I haven't been able to keep my mind on my guard job in Crestfall, for my mind always strays to the many memories that I have of my friends, and my enemies, even. I have shown weakness in giving up, and I am ashamed of it. As soon as I can, I will resign from my position in Crestfall, as it will only pain me to continue. Upon hearing that there will be need for Lumber, here, I know that you all will need a Lumberjack who enjoys spending time above the ground. So, upon much thought, I have decided to stay in Kal'Karik. For I know that, as long as I have my friends, the Ironguts, beside me...I can pull through this. Thank you all for staying true to me, and showing me that, what I thought I wanted, I already had the whole time. -Loyal Elf to the Ironguts and Permanent resident to Kal'Karik -Damen" The Elf smiled with a sort of sad happiness that only relief could bring. Turning, he walked down the path, heading to the Tavern. He needed a drink.
  12. Heh, what are you going to do, hold the Dwarf woman down and shave her, yourself? Good luck with that! XD And besides, if a Dwarf Woman grew a beard, I think that she would be as prone to, if not more, keeping her beard as the men.
  13. Er...isn't that the point of the proof I just made. I do think that Dwarf females can grow beards, if they choose to. :D
  14. Hmm...but...shouldn't Dwarven Females also have to shave. For as Gimli once said. Gimli: It's true you don't see many dwarf women. And in fact, they are so alike in voice and appearance, that they are often mistaken for dwarf men. Aragorn: [whispering] It's the beards. Gimli: And this in turn has given rise to the belief that there are no dwarf women, and that dwarves just spring out of holes in the ground! [Eowyn laughs] Gimli: Which is, of course, ridiculous.
  15. Have previously moved to Crestfall from Kal'Karik. But, I am starting to regret my decision. Finding that, the more and more I am away, the more I miss My Dwarven Friends. I may go and visit them, today, just for good times sake!
