Smiling as he walked up the path, almost like a new elf, Damen happily hammered another note below his first.
"I am happy to say that, for the thanks of my good friend, Aengoth, and because of his comfort, I have decided that, even though I may be moving to crestfall, soon, I will never cease to visit this great city. For I have friends here, friends who I consider family, even if they be short and hairy as bears.
But, jokes aside. As my previous letter stated. If there is ever any need for my return to Kal'Karik, I will make sure to heed the call and come back to fulfill any duties needed of me.
The Reason that I left, is that I thought that I needed to live in an area above the ground, among the trees, and under the sky. But, the longer I stayed in Crestfall, the more that I realized that Kal'Karik is my home and will always hold a special place for me.
Witnessing the grief and support of the dwarfs, I realized how stupid and selfish I was. I let my own wants, cloud what I really needed, a home surrounded by others that I could treat with respect.
I am still not sure if my move to Crestfall will be permanant. But, I do know that I need this break, as I even almost hurt Hiebe in a fit of Rage. I have yet to make up my mind for this move. But I assure you all, Kal'Karik will never disappear from my mind."
Nods before walking away, humming to himself as he made his own way back to Crestfall.
