I mean Leap was there I believe. There were mutliple gms involved. Someone was doing a heist on a home, they ran. I gave chase hit one once and they turned around and downed two of us sending us to ct.

well generally all downing/popping is banned except when pvp has been called. and the rules specify downing(not popping) a runner from rp as being the only exception from that. and runners have been banned before for fighting back. 

i can see why a gm might let them down you. the rule isn't exactly clear on that and the ban on it was mostly precedent-based, but even so, the fact they let them pop you is ridiculously and just blatantly ignoring the rules. not even the chaser is allowed to pop, only down. so letting the runner do that is just nonsense and complete incompetence from the gm.

You either don't want to see the problem or act like it isn't there. If someone is trapped RPly and they run MCly because they can't take the roleplay then that's just being a immature jerk.
