He was born in Galahar and when it merged with Savoie he didn’t truly notice He never knew his parents but he does know they gave him away because they were in debt to a tavern/gambling house , the owner of which sold him at the age of 8. He was used to living in poverty, as a slave… One day, he was sleeping in the stables of the tavern where he worked when they were set on fire by city guards, because they thought thieves were hiding in it. Moritz, 16 years old at the time, was mutilated and burnt. He was found by an assassin , who was sent to kill all the thieves that had survived the fire. The assassin realized there had never been any thieves in the stables and noticed there was movement behind him, he turned around and there was Moritz, a burnt boy with no one to take care of him. This was perfect! Moritz was knocked-out and taken to the assassin’s home, he was taught the ways of the assassin’s guild. The assassins guild showed him the ways to easily track down and kill whoever he liked, how to make potions and poisons, how to make his leather armor and how to craft the best weapons he could and how to sharpen knives. They claimed the guild had killed many powerful people, such as Gaius Marius, Princess Alice Sheffield and many others. If an assassin were to fail, he would be skinned alive and the skin would be hung on the wall in the entrance hall of the guild. There was only one skin. At the age of 19, the guild was planning to sacrifice him to a demon, in order to make the killing they’d have to do the next decade easier. They saw it as an honor, a gift, he saw it as a curse and he didn’t want to die. So he escaped. Moritz was a great assassin, as he had his intellect going for him he became ever the better as he assissinated and thus practiced his way to the top of the assassin’s you can find. He can be hired, for a great amount of money of course. He built a dungeon in a cave in the woods around the kingdom of Savoie and has recently started his search for young, orphan boys to teach them his ways. He only obeys to one being, his ‘god’, Nocturnus. Moritz is still being hunted by the guild but has been able to outsmart them until now. What are they like? (personality): - A shy, dark-minded boy with no social skills or any idea of family, he has no feelings because he was taught so. He has no second thoughts. He is self-secure, but he has no intentions to befriend anyone. He doesn’t take no for an answer and he is very, very stubborn. He hates being in the center of attention and prefers to stay in the shadows, he is extremely intelligent and very good at estimating situations. He can talk himself out of basically any situation. He rarely talks and he never makes a joke. He is very religious, to gods that no one knows except for the assassin’s guild. He is scared of death. He has no intention to die, ever. What are their ambitions?:- To start his own assassin’s guild, to exterminate the guild that betrayed him. He wants to become rich through killing. And to convince his apprentices there is but one true god. Do they have any special skills? What are their weaknesses? (Try to list a few of both):- Great assassin, can survive basically anywhere, can make potions and poisons and craft tools and weapons. He has no friends, he is extremely religious and he is asocial, he hates other people and is very aggressive and easily angered. He can’t fish and he’s really bad at negotiating, he has to wear a mask because of his burns and the shame he feels about it. Animals don’t like him. He eats too little so he feels weak at some random times and he hasn’t got such great stamina due to a lack of sugar and he gets sick easily. He has burns on the face, his arm and upper parts of the legs but these are covered by his cloak and armor. He always wears his cloak, also under his armor and his face is rarely visible. Most lore can be found on our wiki.): Wiktor was born and raised in the forests in the North, his father was a well-known horse breeder in the area of Oren, at the age of 14 his family's farm burnt down, killing his mother and father and scarring and burning him for life. He found refuge in an orphanage in The kingdom of Oren, where he grew up as a rather asocial young boy with a growing interest in animal anatomy and thievery. You could usually find him, studying how the birds flew away and came back every day and you could almost hear him asking them if they could teach him to fly, or looking at cats and how they would jump and climb onto walls. Wiktor was very 'well-known' in the orphanage since he would always defend the 'underdogs', as he was muscular and strong, unlike the boys who grew up in the orphanage eversince they were babies. He was, however, not well-liked in the community of the orphanage and he had little friends, he sticked to daydreaming and gazing up into the sky, wondering if there was any possibility to go home and especially, he was missing his parents. Death was a weird thing to Wiktor and he never really understood what had happened that awful night. Wiktor, as he grew older, started helping out in the kitchen, sharpening the knives and eating whatever extra he could find. He couldn't really cook though. ​At night, Wiktor would escape reality by climbing over the orphanage walls and running across the city's rooftops At the age of 18, Wiktor left the orphanage and he tried to survive by stealing and eating whatever he could find. He was caught and was tortured until he swore never to do it again. He was a lost young man to some, but he met a nice hunter who would give him the leftovers he had and feed him with it. He took Wiktor in and taught him how to hunt. He also taught him the basics of sword fight. Because Wiktor only knew how to hunt and hardly remembered how to take care of a horse he later tried joining the rebellion for the kingdom of Galahar, to be trained as a cavalry soldier, he was accepted and as he fought for the independence he was a happy man. He didn't enjoy the killing, but he believed it was necessary. Wiktor had changed during his training and war experiences, realizing life was too short to not make friends, he became very social and met a lot of new people, befriending them on the way. Galahar was declared independent and he lived in Galahar as a soldier for a few years, guarding and defending the kingdom. After Galahar and Savoie merged he found himself in a difficult situation since it was unclear what would happen to the army. He left the army and started protecting people for a decent price, breeding horses in his free time and living in Savoie. To this day he works as a hired sword and his horses are amongst the best in the whole kingdom, or at least that's what he claims. His friends can also hire him for any type of 'chore' they want him to do. What are they like? (personality): Friendly, kind. He can be rude or blunt to someone who isn't used to the north and its standards. He is social and enjoys the company of women. He is a loyal man, and a man of honor. He respects only those who beat him in a fair fight. He is helpful and a joker, he is very social but not so wise or intelligent. He is always interested in selling one of his horses and he loves Ale. He has an extreme hatred toward fire because he is scared of it. He has a big heart and loves animals. He lives in Savoie but he travels most of the time, for work. What are their ambitions?: To quickly make as much money as he can, so that one day he can open up a tavern and feed and serve ale to the people of Savoie and he'd like to have a large stable filled up with beautiful horses. Do they have any special skills? What are their weaknesses? (Try to list a few of both): He is a good sword fighter and a pretty decent archer, he has a sense of humor. He is good at horse riding. He is good at tracking people down. But he is afraid of fire, he is really bad at fishing, he can't craft anything other then stone tools, he gets angry when someone calls him a mad man and he is aggressive. He falls in love too quickly and he is easy to influence in his decisions. He hates anything that was invented after he turned 15 and he sticks to what he knows. He is not very intelligent due to a lack of education. Michail was born in the ruins of the castle of Winterfell because his parents were outcasts, his father was a bookkeeper but he was accused of stealing and he, his wife and their newborn baby had to flee the town. Michail is a stranger to some basic ideas such as 'sharing' 'monogamy' or 'kings' because he was raised in the forests and these ideas were never explained to him. He is referred to as 'The Burnt' and he helps out with basically everything you ask him to. He is a loyal man, a man of honor, but he respects only those who were able to defeat him in a fair fight. He grew up with his parents, partially with both mother and father, later with only his father by his side. Until he got lost in the forest while hunting; for seven years, he lived off the land, eating what he could catch and drinking water from the creeks in the forests. He was burnt in an ambush whilst looking for flowers in the woods with his mother at the age of 15, by something he refers to as a savage (an undead?) but he likes to keep quiet about it because he is afraid of being called a 'mad man' like his father would always say when he told him what he saw... They attacked him and his mother. She didn't make it. They left him for dead, burnt and bleeding he laid there until his father found him. They shouldn't have done that, because ever since then he trained with his sword. He was able to trace and kill the attackers at the age of 18. Unlike most Northerners he hates the feeling of wool on his bare skin and he prefers the feeling of leather. He wears a leather armor when he's outside and he wears his leather clothes when he's inside. The clothes he wears are dirty and torn but he has no intention to get new ones, they still cover him up, don't they? He is a joker and only drinks Ale. He enjoys the company of his pet Pig, he calls it 'Vark' and he keeps it in his garden. Michail will never give up on his pig. Ever. He seeks the warm and friendly people he was once used to. However, he can come over as rude and blunt to someone who is not used to the hard North. Michail lives in Oren, but he travels a lot. He can't seem to find peace with himself at any given time or place. He hates new inventions and sticks with what he knows. He fights best with his sword but he is a fairly good archer as well.
